There was 1 other party other than my party of 4 & it took an hour to get our food. Upon being served we were missing 4 items from the order. Took another 20 minutes to get 2 orders of grits with cheese an order of pancakes & an order of potatoes with cheese. So out of 5 orders 4 were missing something. Ordered a shake came out before everything & was still melted. Super shocked & disappointed with everything as a whole. Would have expected better being that it was in the stone oak area but guess not. Would not return unless all the inconveniences were at least acknowledged. The waitress was in her own little world hanging in the back. SMH

I usually stop at restaurants that serve TexMex breakfasts, especially when traveling. We decided to try this restaurant as it was on our way to church on Sunday morning. It was a bit unusual when pulling into parking lot as it was more of a strip mall rather than a free standing building. There was plenty of parking. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by smiling faces, seated, and received great service. Food was good. The atmosphere was a bit different than what I expected, as it felt as though it was once a bar/grill once but enjoyable. Will eat here again on future trips.

We stopped by for my wife's birthday pancakes. It was around noon but it wasn't crowded. The service and the food were both great! we've been to this IHOP multiple times and always had good luck - recommended!

We had an absolute amazing server named Michelle she gave us impeccable service and our food was delicious so cooters to the chef and kudos to whoever hired Ms Michelle she was amazing. Me my fiance had just gotten to town and we were starving so we ordered like five different entrees she was awesome. She also knew that we were staying in a hotel so she made sure that we had all the fixins and the silverware and extra syrup and stuff and I really really appreciate it that. She deserves an A+ and the chef deserves an A++. The grits are great too laugh lol ?Parking: Plenty of parking folks ?

This by far has been the worst restaurant experience I have ever had there were several servers just sitting around watching 1 struggle she quickly became flustered stopping both midway through the drink and food order to address the new guests walking through the door because again no one lifted a finger to help her. There were 9 of us and I had to go get the menus myself. The sever took half the food order then had to start over because she stopped to greet the door and lost what she had and started over. The part started at 3 and the food literally trickled out about 5:15. We found a hair in our food and most of the food came out cold. I will never come back to this establishment and no one else should either.

We came here for a midnight breakfast craving, and we were not disappointed! The restaurant was really nice inside, nice and open, and there were some other tables sat already. It didn’t take long to get sat, and our waitress was awesome! She was very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed, refills were not missed! She was so kind and patient when we needed to ask questions, I was so grateful to have her and her wonderful attitude even though it was so late. The food was wonderful and hot, the milkshakes were so good and our waitress even gave us the extra milkshake in a little cup, it was really so great. 10/10 would be back!

I love this IHOP location. They have great service, the food is good and the wait is never too long. Went for family brunch on Sunday. Checked around several places, the wait was an hour and a half to 2 hours for our group size (11). We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. The restaurant is large so we've never had an issue with a long wait.

This place was a terrible let down. Three orders of pancakes, one kids meal. A kids meal came out, 5 min later a pancake order. We sat waiting for another 20 minutes for two more orders. I don't know if it's incompetence, laziness, or just lack of care, but you never serve split orders. Once we got them, they were cold, and by this point, I wasn't having them. The server was disoriented and inattentive, almost not in reality, more focused on the NCIS show. Yep, twice burned, wont return.Edit: Since our orders were Gluten free pancakes, we learned a couple hours later that they were not, causing my daughter to have an allergic reaction. So we are looking at possible legal actions for the will full negligence.
