We just pulled into the parking lot We noticed cops on the street on a call for an accident, 30 sec later the ENTIRE , yes ENTIRE STAFF came out to disrespect the cops laugh,and flip them off ,we left and went to the one on se military . That was just sad to watch. Won't be going to that location again.

Once we arrived at the restaurant, an employee had opened the door for us since we were coming in with disable relative in a wheel chair. All employees welcomed us into the restaurant and greeted us. Tex was our waiter. He was very polite and went out of his way to help us with the menu. Coffee was made fresh. When we got our food, he made sure that we had everything we needed. The only problem their was is the FOOD. we ordered the breakfast sampler, and Belgian waffle eggs were perfect and fresh. The hash browns were burned o. Top and hard to chew still need more cooking at the bottom of the hash brown still raw, the bacon was not cooked all the way through still needed more time to cook. I requested egg white and never got it. I got yellow scramble eggs. I shouldn't have to make corrections on my food. It is late, and I ate it left the majority of the plateWe didn't complanted to Tex cause it was not his fault. We just didn't want to wait to send a plate back and forth.Cooks still need more training, and proper temperature food should be going out.Waffle was overcooked, and tuff, butter never fully melted on waffle or pancakes. Excellent service fron the staff! I'd eaten there previously for my evening meal and wanted to try breakfast. I orderedAmericans buttermilk pancakes with cinnamon apples and a toffee sauce. It would have served two people but that is normal for American portions!

It was packed when we arrived, despite that the food and service were fast. The food was actually delicious, and our waitress was very attentive and kind.
The very best IHop I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot!! Service is over the top and the entire crew buys into friendly, lively service. Someone spills and others are right there to clean it up. Wish I lived closer, but will make their my San Antonio I Hop stop. Thomas was so wonderful!! Food was great, hot and flavorful!

Excellent service!!! We went by today on Easter Sunday so you already know it was busy. But the service was excellent. Our waiter let us know that as soon he was done with a big table he would come to us. He took our order right after and took us our coffee. Food came out fast and he checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. Happy environment and you could tell by the service the servers give. Definitely my to go Ihop from now on.
