Place needs an update,fresh it up a littleI had a salad and soup,soup could've had some bread to go with it.The steak was ok but for 46$ it came only with mashpotatos?? The menu needs jazzing up.There a better places to eat the same for less money.That's my honest opinion, we like to eat out a lot.

Honestly this place has gone down hill. The service is ok, the food was poor, and the atmosphere is so dark and the same old same old. Not worth the price anymore.In the photo the stake was cooked at however they wanted they didn’t even ask. And the fries were so hard like from the bottom of the frozen bag. I doubt anything from there is fresh.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I ordered the Thai Kai salad and the flavor was bursting, plus it was very filling for a salad. Also our server Shawn was very friendly and gave great feedback on my questions about some of the menu items.

We stumbled into this spot and it did not disappoint. The shrimp 10 out of 10. The ribs fell off the bone and my husband was extremely satisfied. I can show you the plate of bones. The plate looked like a graveyard when he was done. The steak was amazing. I must admit I will definitely return! Look at the carrot cake plate. Child we have to roll out of here! The waiter with the pony tail gave the best service. So grateful…

Ordered take out at 6:15 and after calling twice after arrived . The server came out w/check , went back in to run the card , came back , then said she needed pack up the food . Now 30 mins after ordering and I knew the food would be cold. Got home ,it was really was cold , one chicken breast sandwich was burned , paid extra for a very small baked potato, and ice cream was at the bottom of one bag . The problem w/nice restaurants is the customer expectation’s are high and I as I learn from my many years w/Marriott hotels , The devil is in the details ! I Should have called the restaurant last night, but I didn’t feel like it and didn’t want compensation , I just want the staff to care and do their job properly. $70 later I won’t be back for a whole !

Service was slow and not great. My Filet Mignon (ordered med rare) was served to me med well. It took 30 minutes for a replacement. My husband was finished eating by the time my meal came. There was no apology and no one came by to see if the replacement was better. It was cooked med rare, but flavorless and had the texture of beef jerky. We will never eat there again. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Food: I ordered roasted prime rib. It was the most disgusting piece of meat I have ever had. Absolutely no flavor. None! I don’t know what the rave is all about.Service: waitress was great.Atmosphere: Very dark. You Really have to watch your step. Dirty. Tables feel sticky.

We had the pleasure of dining at J Alexanders last night and having Emilio (Milo) as our server. We nearly always dine at the bar, but as it was full, we decided to get a table rather than coming back another time - we are SOOO glad that we did. Milo had an infectious attitude, smile, and great service demeanor. He admitted to us later in the night that it was only his 3rd night on the floor, and we were so impressed & surprised. If I knew that I could always have Milo as my server, I would always dine in the restaurant simply for his personality & banter while maintaining his professionalism. Bravo to Milo!! The carrot cake was a close runner-up to him too - delicious!

Good place for a special date night. High end restaurant. We had artichoke appetizer, trout and salmon. Everything was amazing. Waiter was attentive and thoughtful. Atmosphere comfortable, quiet. Perfect!
