Hadn’t gone in a while, and although the place looks almost the same as before, it’s not as closed in as it felt before, the staff were friendly, the food was hot and I always get the family fish and some shrimp ? love it and the prices are always reasonable.

Everytime we go out food is always ready on time. We headed to pick our order but someone else arrived before us and took it by accident. However, they remade our food and gave us a bit extra of sides for the inconvenience even though they didn't have to. Cool gesture.

Ordered a 3 pc fish plus added an additional piece. We’ve eaten here for several years. Today’s fish was absolutely the most disgusting fish they’ve served. Not sure if they changed their fish or if they served old fish however it was horrible. The smell of the fish was strong and tasted terrible. Didn’t even eat anything after that first bite. Disappointed this happened especially when we were so ready to eat a great meal ???

So me and my Wife came to eat here just today and food was So delicious, But Most of all I have to give those kids that work there a huge shout out for being so kind and attentive to all the customers, we were so amazed with them ??????????
It was the worst chicken fried steak, the meat was like a piece of fried beef jerky, salad was warm. Only thing i ate was the mashed potatoes and bread, fish platter looked like it was refried leftover from lunchtime,

Food is always great. Staff is very friendly. Very nice and clean, and you can't beat the price and service. Love their rice. Always ask for a spoon, so I can make sure I get every grain of rice. Also, their shrimp quesadias are awesome.

CHANGE THE FISH BACK. CHANGE THE FISH BACK. Y'all litteraly don't shine too much on anything but the fish. Changing your recipe is how you lose the locals who are how you stay in business. The fish that had me and my family and friends craving this food and coming back time and time again (for me over 10 years) is no longer! Presa and military both have poor service and inside not that clean. Never in the past would I have left a bad review because this was my local fish place growing up and when you are a loyal customer one bad timeever so often doesn't total the actual rating. But this is a huge change and I have to speak to try and get it back! There was no other place like you guys (Because of the fried fish) now that is not keeping you unique and the other restaurants that do their total menu items well and have cleaner locations will overshadow (they already have higher ratings than you) and people will go there (good places popular in San Antonio are sea Island , Laguna madre) and I pray this local business can stay in business. CHANGE THE FISH BACK.
