September 6th 2023/Tuesday.I ordered three orders of tacos and they're supposed to give me one order of Taco free because of Taco Tuesday. They did not give me that free one order of taco. They did not give me any sauce whatsoever in the bag no napkins. I ordered large fries they end up giving me less fries like if I ordered a small fries. Not sure who was working that day I know it was a female that was taking the orders and a male who was cooking that day. I am very upset because when my order was ready the cashier was too busy talking to the Cook I had to honk my car so she could hear me but she didn't. I'm so upset they need more training they need to be aware.

I really hate that Jack in the box change the breading on the sourdough Burger it tastes to dry.. and their fries were tasting old we stopped at the Jack In The box on culebra and 24th on in San Antonio Texas ... And it's the worst I've ever had from Jack In The box please bring your breading back on the sourdough Burger and start serving fresh curly fries...!

I just went last night and the gotmy order all wrong. I went today to get it fixed like they asked for me to go and also to bring my receipt so they can replace my order mind you not I spent nearly $40 for my food, they guys working there had the rudest attitude ad made me waste my time ad gas just so they can bs around and tell me they're not going to do nothing about it. If you guys wondering why they're losing customers maybe it's because they have no respect for themselves nor the customers. They're doing the most and I've already called Katrina Smith which is the district manager and I've called corporate. What's worse is how they spoke to me and also one of their cashier's tried to fight my husband outside over food and also didn't want to give us our money back. I wouldn't suggest this Jack in the box to NO ONE!!!

I ordered 2 Bacon ultimate cheeseburger and they gave me the burgers without bacon. I don't understand how can someone forget the bacon if it's the first thing in the name of the burger. I tried calling twice and no answer.

Why? why? why? Must napkins be requested and then they look at you all crazy when you ask for more napkins when they only have you 2 for 4 meals like an I suppose to cut them in half

This is the second time I go to the drive threw at 3am this month and the cashier lady is so rude not only she says they are not taking any orders ,??? My husband was si upset I had to make him Happy I to drive further down to to the next Jack n box on General McMullen and commerce they also had no burgers they were excellent and everything else they had great tacos if I was leaking right but my husband wanted a hamburger store we had to take another drive to Whataburger so you can imagine how frustrated that was for me to drive play I love my husband so anything to make him happy. people should actually enjoy a job in fast food.
