I ordered JITB recently to try their new pineapple shake (delicious btw) and the second time I went to order, they were out of the Large cup. I put in a support ticket and the district manager called me within 5 minutes and offered me the shake another time for free. Talk about great customer care ✨?The workers in the unit were also nice as well!

? Travesty.Staff were overwhelmed even thought the drive through only had 3 cars. They would not survive in a real high intensity restaurant.#12 Chicken sandwich is about the size of a dollar menu McDonald's McChicken, and feels like rubber.(I have no idea how they got this consistency..)All in all, waste of $12.I had high hopes, last time I had Jack was in Hawaii years ago, but this does not compare.Hopefully it doesn't run through me, but I expect it will. ?

An Employee working at 230pm on Sunday March 3rd 2024 Black Hair almost shoulder length. Was on a RANT, dropping the "F" Bomb word every 5 seconds. On the Restaurant floor in front of customers and myself. With NO Regard to who was around. Not to mention he was not doing his job. This man should be fired. It was a SAD site to see. What a waste of a man to act that way. Never visit this restaurant.Parking: NEVER GO THERE THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I ordered 4 orders of tacos and the loaded tiny tacos with a medium curly fries and 2 breakfast bacon sandwiches. The tacos came with no filling or lettuce or cheese and I didn't get my curly fries... I attempted to call the store but it automatically puts you on hold. This is the worst jack in the box yet never in my entire life living in San Antonio have I ever seen a bad jack in the box until yesterday... Don't waste your money here at this location.
