This Jack in the box is usually good with their food service they atmospheres pretty clean but until last night at 2:00 AM, I wasted $21.44 and the Tacos were stale the meat was ugly tasted rotten some lettuce some didn’t the ones that had lettuce the lettuce was like it reheated the fries were disgusting. The bacon burgers were trash. So the whole order went in the trash, It has to be the employees that are not doing their job right

My order took 30 min manager blaming 3 new hires. Who trained them if they got any training at all is the question?I wasnt the only 1 either who waited long another cust waited 45 min. Insane!

Just Went through the Drive thru and the Guy Working the Drive thru put Me on Hold when there's was No one in the Drive thru.. And was Very Unprofessional. It's Employees like Him that are going to Bring Down a Business. I Went at 6:30pm who ever was on the Drive thru should be Fired !! Customer service should Always be Number One !! Unless you're trying to Lose Customers. I went to McDonald's So you lost a Customer and That's Not Good for Any Business!! Be more like Chick-fil-A..
