I have been eating here for over a year. I have never really had an issue. I find the bread great, I like JJ's bread. The other ingredients are fresh too. I got a cookie in my last delivery. The cookie package was opened. I called the store and they happily gave me a $6 dollar credit. I went back the next day and used the credit no problem. They were really helpful and nice. The store inside and out appears clean to me. No issues here.

Stop wasting your time and money at this location. Ordered a plain sandwhich and instead they smothered it in mustard. Ordered a beach club and got a complete different sandwhich. Not only that but they use the same knife for all condiments. Part of my wrong sanwhich had mustard mixed with mayo they must not know how to clean or use different knifes. Area manager is just as incompetent as the staff so don't even bother at all trying to deal or come to an agreement with these people.. Girl on the register had a bunch of attitude and was super rude. If you dont like your job and want something better work on your attitude so you dont make others miserable. This location should honestly be shut down by corporate.

I ordered 20 mins ahead of time just to go pick it up and they tell me that they have no bread so now I have to wait another hour for bread that's so ridiculous. Then the Manger making the orders was so slow. No wonder yall have no bread and can't make the orders on time. You would think for a manager you would know how to manage employee breaks instead of blaming them for going on break all at once. As a manager it is your job to manage breaks accordingly to your service needs. "Freaky Fast" definently does not apply at this location service is freaky slow. Stop wasting your time and money at this location. Also now a 2nd time and they say their drive thru is closed now. Girl on the register had a bunch of attitude and customer service was terrible. This location should honestly be shut down by corporate. They put mustard on my beach club and my wife's other sandwhich was a plain sandwhich and they soaked it in mustard.

Made me wait in the drive thru for almost half an hour for a single PLAIN sandwhich just to receive the wrong one on WHEAT bread. How do you confuse normal and wheat bread? Clearly the guy with the sunglasses couldn't see the difference and that's why you don't wear sunglasses while making sandwiches. First and last time I will come to this terrible location. I will take my bussiness somewhere else.

I really try to be considerate of foodservice workers and delivery drivers as I used to work in both fields for years but I honestly have no idea how this location can get it wrong so many times :( I always place delivery orders at this location and the food is always amazing and exactly how I order it but almost every time without fail my order come at least 15-25 minutes late. To combat this I usually place the order to get delivered 30-45 mins before my lunch and it will still get delivered late. My lunch is unfortunately not flexible and very hard stuck so it's a huge inconvenience when I cannot eat on time. Very disappointed with this location, and that makes me sad to say.

We order from JJ's alot! Usually check our orders before leaving.Today ordered 3 box lunches and one mini, left without checking.Ordered salt and vinegar chips, jalapeno chips and 2 regular chips. May sound petty but listen my grandson only eats salt and vinegar and has autism. Change is not good with this kid.He loves Jimmy Johns and is always reacting happily when we say we're going.No avocado and only cheese on his slim. Mayo on slim when we got home. UghSpending $44 on sandwiches you expect the order to be right especially when the order was repeated.We still love JJ's but please give us what we ordered.?

I'm located literally 1 mile away from this location. Twice now I've called at the 60-minute mark and canceled a delivery order. A third time I ordered 3 items and only one of them showed up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you want reliable delivery service.
This is a number 14 turkey and bacon sandwich.. First time ordering from this place and not impressed. Lesson learned. Called and was told that when it gets to the end of the meat it gets a little shredded and is the right portion of meat.. A little shredded? How is that pic a little shredded? Terrible...

I'm not sure what's going on, did JJ change their work motto? Fast is no longer the case. I waited at the speaker with a greeting and after I said "hello" is when I was told, not asked to wait one moment. After that another employee came on and before I ordered they had me wait again. I finally ordered and drove up to the window. At the window the employee wasn't very polite and then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Are y'all asking for tips now??
