I frequent this location 4 or 5 times a month. The food is always made quickly and to my order. The place is always clean and smells good.The staff is always courteous and I never wait.I usually use the app and always pick it up myself.I see bad reviews for this location, but I've never had an issue.

I'd only had Jimmy John's since before, but wasn't impressed.My daughter wanted a sandwich from there, so I went in to get one. I decided to order a Cajun Chicken Sandwich, and it was good.I might give them another chance sometime.

Like the ad says, super fast service but not fast food.Friendly and accommodating staff. I don't know if I'm having a great day that day but it stood out. Even the customers were extra nice. Welp. Glad to stop in I truly enjoyed my simple sandwich, best part of their recipe. Simple, Fresh and Fast.Thank you! ?

This location hasn't disappointed me yet they always get my order right and on time they are super friendly and helpful I go here often. The food is always fresh tasting and delicious. Even though it is a small place they do have it very nicely done the restaurant is always clean and calm very nice place to go if you wanna have lunch with someone real quick definitely a nicer sit down fast food place.

My boss and I ordered at 12:30 just two sandwiches and chips. Called after 45 min. of the order not updating and saying out for delivery, and was told that they only had 1 driver out to make the deliveries but that he hadn't left yet and was about to. I didn't get a definitive ETA but was told that the driver should be here soon (mind you we were only .7 miles from the location and traffic was not bad whatsoever as i have a street view of both 410 and Broadway. And yes we could have just gone to pick it up but then what's the point of having a delivery option?) It's now 1:45pm (on a Wednesday) and no sandwiches as of yet. When i called for an update, on top of being told that the driver was JUST about to leave, i was also told that there was a car accident causing stand still traffic. I don't buy it. I've ordered from other JJ locations and haven't experienced a delay such as this. Don't get me wrong i understand that delays happen. They can be short staffed, traffic jams, maybe even god forbid the driver gets into an accident, but for a restaurant that's less than a mile away, doesn't have any crazy difficult intersections, and the driver was DRIVING A CORVETTE, i find this to be completely unacceptable. Update: We finally got our sandwiches at 2:05 PM.

If you work in any of the offices off of MacArthur view (like 3 streets away from the jimmy johns) they will ONLY deliver your food to MacArthur high school. They have done this to us 2 separate times. They can't even be bothered to look at where the order is going, or put it in their GPS.They offered to pick the food back up from the high school. Really? Someone probably is already eating it and you can't just bring me a fresh one? They said no. I asked for a refund. I'll never give them any hope to fix it. This isn't the first time it's happened. Jimmy John's - you lost a customer.Update: they tried to deliver the sandwich to me again, and went back to the high school for the SECOND time TODAY. They said that they were able to get the sandwich, but somebody took the chips. Said that the sandwich "looks like nobody has touched it" and asked if I still wanted it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Can’t rate any lower…ordered online, showed up to confused employees that wouldn’t acknowledge my order had been placed. Even after showing email confirmation and pending charges on card I was told to try again that there was nothing they could do to make it right.

I don't know if these reviews are former employees that are mad or what. Full hit job. I love Jimmy John's. Regularly eat it a couple times a week. This is the best location. Management does a great job. General manager always takes care of all of that come in for lunch.

Enough is enough with this place. Always over an hour to get a sandwich, order comes wrong 1/2 the time and then sandwich is disappointing. I like Jimmy Johns so I keep giving them a try but after 2 hours to get my meal on time and accurate. I'm done with this location.

Never have an issue with the sandwich or politeness of the staff. This evening was the 2nd time i have ordered a sandwich to be delivered and they can't deliver because of no delivery driver. If you're going to offer delivery, it would be wise to ha me drivers to deliver. There are those of us who are truck drivers that don't have the luxury to just go pick up a meal and park just anywhere.
