I’m very disappointed. This was my first time trying jollibee, I’ve heard so many good things, but the food was bland. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food that was forgotten about, the thing is, they weren’t busy or stressing. My order was simple and easy, I don’t see how they would forget about it so quickly. Just overall, dissatisfied.

Well... the food was really good. We only received one item that we actually ordered. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a cheeseburger combo, and a tender combo. We got the tender combo but instead of the sandwiches and cheeseburger, we got a 3 piece chicken combo... I even verified the order with the person at the drive thru... again, the food was very good, just not what we ordered.

First time here, heard good things about chicken. I looked for chicken tenders and was shocked. 3 for $8.99 plus tax, 6 for $15.99, 10 for $23.99. I then looked at tenders on heating rack behind counter. Not very big. Ok chicken bacon and cheese chicken sandwich, $7.99 sandwich only. Order placed at 516pm. Food delivered 519pm. Having worked in food services, 3 minutes is to short of a time to cook a fresh chicken patty. Cheese was not melted and half off sandwich. Chicken was warm at best. Took it to front counter, gentleman there was surpirsed looking when i asked him if this was normal? Told him chicken is warm and cheese is not melted. He gave me a look thats hard to put to words. He asked if I wanted it replaced, I declined stating its my first time here just making sure. Might be my last. Been around long enough to know how food gets treated when you complain. Time stamp on reciept and on picture. Took me a min to get food, sit down and hand out then exaime. There were alot of people behind counter, which um assuming relates to high cost of food. When paying good prices for food, I have no issue waiting 6 or 7 minutes for fresh food.

I don't mind the chicken, but every instance I go there to get their spicy chicken, it is always out and the response I get is, "We're out." Okay, so will you guys be making more? When can I expect the next batch to be done?

I ordered the Bucket Treat C and 2 yumburgers. The bag was sealed which is great. When I got home and opened it, it was missing a side (spaghetti) and the side portion size is so small. The side looks like a part of the Kid’s meal. Please double check the contents before sealing the bags. People order online for convenience so all they need to do is pick up and go and hoping not to worry about missing items.

Food was ok, but I'd avoid the fries. They just have a large batch that they leave under a hot lamp. So you will always get a soggy stale fry. Which is comical seeing as on the fry box they boast having "crunchy fries"The service was absolutely horrible, this was my first time ever visiting a Jollibee so I didn't know what to expect. However the service I experienced was so bad I left feeling very disappointed in my choices to eat at Jollibee.Almost every single order I saw go out the kitchen had something missing or wrong with it. I saw patron after patron come up to the counter with their reciept in hand, complaining about their order. This is all while I'm waiting for my order. Once I finally recieved my order to no one's surprise expect the customers, my order was missing items. All in all, I'd avoid Jollibee. The chicken, and spaghetti were great but not worth the trouble. In San Antonio, you can find much better Phillipino food if that's what you are craving.

If you’re looking for great fast food fried chicken with unique deserts and drinks this is your spot… I heard a lot of good things about this place from friends of mine and see why so many people love it…. Had the spicy chicken sandwich which was pretty decent the umi pie was real good and so was the pineapple drink they had as well. Customer service was on point and so was the turn around time from when I ordered then received the food.
