Love the acai here the bass is thick. Fruit is always fresh. Calm feel inside! Would definitely recommend stopping here.

The place it self is cute. Very nice decorated and super clean! It's very bright and open. There is inside and outside seats. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom are clean too. It's around a shopping center so there's alot of parking space. The acai bowls are okay, I don't know why but the acai tasted like it was expired in a way or too old but when combined with the fruit and toppings you could barley taste it. I like the music they played and how peaceful it seemed!

I’ve had Jugo acai before and remember it was pretty enjoyable, however this time it was the worst acai bowl I’ve ever eaten. The level of sweetness was inedible, the acai itself was sweeter than literal soda or candy. The pineapple in the pineapple express smoothie tasted straight out of a can. I never leave reviews like this but the level of sweetener used in the acai was unbelievable. We ended up wasting $35 tonight :((coming from someone who works at a smoothie shop myself)

I really enjoyed the vibes inside, it was comfortable and relaxing. Parking was easy and there are lots of shopping opportunities nearby.
The Jugo in Alamo is such a cute location with a great vibe! The staff was really nice and it’s a great spot for a quick refreshing snack.Vegetarian options: Almost everything is vegan, minus the honey (and they have agave to replace)

Poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over a year but too many mishaps have happened and they refuse to admit error. The last order I paid and tipped for a 16 oz acai bowl. Took it to go and didn't realize until then that they had only served me a 12 oz. It was a busy day for me so I didn't have time to address it immediately but I called in a couple days later to see if they would let me buy a 16 oz next time I come in and just pay the 12 oz price to make up the difference. The worker said they'd consult their manager and call me back. They never called me back. So I drove up to the store and asked in person if I could get a 16 oz and just pay the 12 oz price because of their previous mistake. The worker's answer was no, because they don't make mistakes and unless I have proof by bringing in the 12oz cup they served me last time, that they couldn't do anything about it. This is such poor customer service. It would cost them nothing to fix this problem because I already overpaid last time. But instead of admitting fault, they would rather lose a customer. This is not the first mistake they've made. I have paid for extras that don't end up in my order, and I only realize after I leave. I guess part of it is my fault for not doing a double check every time I go and order. But you just assume people know what they're doing, you know? I guess not! I'm done going here even though I like their product! Their refusal to give me what I paid for is enough for me to cross this place off my list.
