Very happy. Will return. It's been years since I've had KFC and I'm reminded how good it is. My daughters never had it before so I got the family meal with sides. They were amazed at how fluffy the biscuits were, how good original KFC recipe is and how perfect the fries were; warm, golden crunchy outside and soft inside with a hint of salt. Taste and temperature were spot on. Juicy! Good Portions in their branded red-white striped bucket. It's greasy but what fried chicken isn't? Service: I ordered from a Self serve touchscreen menu without interaction with staff. There were 5 groups in there so we had to wait longer than usual but it was Freshly made and worth the wait. Ambiance: We ordered to go but the waiting and dining areas were clean with make-you-smile artwork. They have a unique bucket chandelier! Value: Pricing was affordable and we definitely got what we paid for. This experience makes me want to go here more often.

We bought 12 pc chicken just now using drive thru, paid $30.84, got home to hungry family and found only 9 Pc. of chicken. Tried to call to tell the store, just keeps ringing, No one answers the phone lines. Lesson learned: Always Check your order next time, sad that you have to do this for a bucket of chicken.

Ordered doordash. Received flavorless chicken and sides. To top it off 3 of the pieces had entire spinal columns fried up and served to us. Absolutely disgusting, probably never eating KFC again.

Getting too expensive, even on the app. Prices are no longer reasonable, especially if you have kids. Feeding a family of 5 is costing about $50 here. For the same price, we can get a bigger meal at a local brisket dinner.

Went to pick up my online order. Ordered two 12 pc buckets Arrived a few minutes early. They bulked cooked and picked my order from the warming rack. Extra crispy wasn't and original was soggy. Server said it was just made. I've had better....piping hot and crispy. Disappointed. Had to reheat in the toaster oven.

So disappointed with our $30 8 piece family meal. Got home and chicken was extremely soggy. It was not fresh at all and had absolutely no crunch and the soggy breading just flaked off the chicken. It was not good at all.

Came in to eat with my family, and the place was full of dirty tables and dirty soda station. No one was in the dining room but yet we waited 30 minutes for our order. No one welcomed us in or even said hi. Food wasn't even cooked until they came out and asked us what we were waiting on. Management really needs to come in and do more training on cleaning and hospitality....

I just went to pick up online order.I waited around 20 minutes but no one asked me for help. Finally I called the person to asked the order. He told me they are working on it. They do not tell me estimate,. I waited another 20 minutes and then tired to wait and cancel the order. But drive through customers got their order very fast. As a regular customer, if I waited around 40 minutes, I cannot imagine about Doordash driver and customer.Most probably they got the food around after 2 hours:(

I ordered a spicy sandwich. I also asked for hot sauce to be put into my bag. I got no hot sauce in my bag, and I got a regular sandwich instead of spicy.If I can’t trust them to get my tiny order right, how can I trust them to get a big order right?
