Ordered online. Picked up at drive thru and lady at the window gave me my bag and closes window. Had stayed there to ask for honey & jelly. Gave me some and closed window. I stayed again and asked for strawberry and she said they don't carry strawberry. We wanted to try the chizza and for 10$ it's not worth it. Not like the commercial. I wonder what the 5$ looks like

Worst chicken ever, will not go back to this location, just read other reviews like mine, their chicken is the worst I had from any other KFC, do yourself a favor and skip this location, dry and tastles chicken , Drive to the Marbach location just make sure you check your order, but the Potranco location never again. You being warned.

Can't rate this place because it was barely 8:21pm and the doors were already locked. The sign on the door states the lobby is open until 9:00pm.

Being a new store we expected some hiccups, but....Biscuits were hard enough to knock someone out with. We got the smash bowls ( I believe that's what they are called)Tried to take some in a spoon and it all came up together. Cold and we only live 6 minutes away from restaurant. Not sure if I'll go back

It’s been over 15 yrs since I’ve had KFC, came in today and everything was great, Joni was so friendly and attentive. I’m glad I stopped in!Btw I had the Pot pie ? and it was absolutely delicious!!

I have always enjoyed their chicken, and I was really excited to have my meal.Today's chicken was dry, very small pieces. The only thing I enjoyed was the biscuits. So upsetting.

1st time I came here I paid for my order then I got up to the window they told me they didn’t have any tenders ready and it would take 30 minutes so I wanted my money back. Second time I came they were clearly open but didn’t answer the intercoms on the drive through. Terrible service.
