Went to pick up donuts for teacher appreciation week and witnessed a worker big guy with beard grab donut holes with his bare hands. Grossed me out! Wear gloves or a scooper not your bare hands. But the drive through girl customer service was awesome

I bought a small coffee and 2 donuts, paid more for 6 dollars, it seems expensive, but the problem is the coffee is very strong and strong without flavor and the donuts are too loaded with sugar. It is the first and last time I buy here ever again.

Location is out of their original glazed donuts during a promotional period where they are being offered free to rewards members. Sounds suspisiously intentional if it's being marketed then you should have enough product in stock to accommodate the promo or at least offer a coupon for a future visit. Instead they suggested we drive to another location across town with the possibility of having the same issue. Thank goodness there's many other bakery options near by to get your donut fix.

Their app never works and this the second year in a row I don’t get my free dozen birthday donuts that I’ll be canceling that app already!
Doughnuts are not made fresh at this location. They are delivered to the location. Doughnuts were cold and not fresh. When we asked if they could be warmed up they said they couldn't. We asked what their ovens were for, they said they didn't know. Do better Krispy Kreme!! Fresh doughnuts were not so fresh and COLD!
