I recently purchased sweet bread from La Condensa, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the quality. When I bit the empanada I was shocked to find mold. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I expected better and I will not be buying any baked goods from them in the future. Quality control should be top priority and it’s clear that it was lacking in this case. I hope others are spared from a similar experience. Please ensure the products are fresh and mold free before selling them to customers.

Walked in The Condesa Bakery on Bandera to help the small business out after eating at Rita's and walked right out after seeing a roach crawling on the pink cookies. That really gross me out. The woman that works there all she could say is sorry. She didn't kill the roach!! I would not buy anything there.

Very dissatisfied with my visit here as the donuts I bought were old dry and tasteless. Glazed twist donuts tasted like they were from the day before and had like no glaze on them. Near nothing. I wont be back.

Went a few months ago bought a bunch of sweet bread all the bread was stale and the empanadas were moldy on the inside. Will never buy sweet bread from this bakery again.

The sweet potato jelly looked like old dried chocolate and it had mold on it! I grabbed the rest of it to see the same and more, it was so gross! I have yet to give them a call , thankfully I didn't eat it !

Polvorones melt in your mouth delicious! The Pií±a empanadas were straight out of the oven and equally delicious!
The cookies melt in your mouth!! So delicious! I suggest a trek down Bandera road to this little gem to get some pan dulce and wedding cookies!
