Brooooo I came here for my birthday lunch just for some decent cajun food. I got the po boy and my brother got the crawfish pho. There was 3 spoons in my brother pho and the crawfish tasted soapy. My shrimp was terrible over cooked breading burn and over all just bad. My kids wouldn't even eat their shrimp and that says something. Robot delivery beer wasn't even good. I will never set foot in this place again

As much as I left my Seafood, my daughter and I came to this location with very much confidence we’ve been here before, and had no complaints. Of course, today the soup was barely loop warm the time for it to be prepared, was too long, considering that there was no work, evidently put into our minimum work, put into this preparation, my daughter also Ordered the pho soup Was barely warm as well. She was hungry. She ate her as for me. I’d like my nice and hot. Very disappointing. I asked for the manager of the managers not even here. I would like to add that the cashier I believe her name is Margie or Margaret. She was very kind and understood my concerns.

Very young cashier I was the only person in the line yet I had to wait 15min to get my order taken. My food didn’t take long but it definitely taste rushed my fish was under cooked and my rice was really soggy. The noodles had no taste, complete waste of $42 overall bad experience, definitely wouldn’t recommend this location at least.

I ordered 3 pounds of crawfish with sausage and potatoes on the side, but only received 1.5 pounds. Despite their claim of weighing the crawfish, the portion was far less than expected. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

Very inconvenient and dissatisfied never going back to this location again. Not worth my time wasted consistently

We always come to this location but with the people they have working there it has really gone down hill.Today our food took so long due to them prioritizing take out orders. Each of our food orders came out separately with a long wait in between.I saw that my pho was sitting on the counter (not in the food window). I went to ask if it was for table 3 and one of the works said yes. I asked if I could just take it because they continued to work around my food instead of sending it our way. They also forgot a basket of fries and said that we didn’t order a second one so we needed to pay for it. However, we did tell the cashier two baskets of fries… my husband had to talk to one of the ladies about it and he said she had a terrible attitude… which is odd behavior considering our food took so long. Please talk with your workers.

When did LA Crawfish stop adding the andouille sausage to Crawfish pho? They also took away the whole crawfish garnish and charged me additional $1.25 for “extra veggies “ may be 1/4 cup of beansprouts, slice of lime and jalapeno. The taste was good.

The food was pretty good, but the guy at the register has some type of attitude like he does not want to be there, you ask for a recommendation (my first time eating here) and he gives you one word answers, so that doesnt help, he acts like he is in a rush for you to order, not paying attention what you asking for.. that was my only issue other than that the food was really good..

Service was horrible. I had a small order, but not small enough to forget. Over 30 mins later, a group after me received an entire boil. Guy who took my order I ask him where was my food. He said "Oh you haven't gotten it yet". I request a manager. He sent a worker to my table unsure of her position in the company. She giggle the whole time I express my concerns about the horrible services. Then she offer and not so sincere apology.

If I could give NEGATIVE ZERO STARS that would be the rating. Shrimp mushy, potatoes were old, rice gummy, watery seasoning with barely any taste. Customer service was poor. And to top it all off we were asked to leave for being too “loud”. However, there was only us (party of 3) and one other table occupied in the whole restaurant and music was playing over the speakers. The waitress came the first time and asked us not to cheer while watching the game. We stayed to eat our food and barely said anything else. My husband made a phone call and walked to the empty side of the restaurant to talk. When he returned to the table we were asked to leave. After we left I called to speak with a manager and was denied to speak with anyone. I was told the manager would be busy the rest of the night. I asked what time I could call back tomorrow and was told the manager’s schedule couldn’t be given out. I really feel like our poor treatment was racially motivated. We shouldn’t have been treated this way after patronizing a business. We chose to walk away before speaking with a manager because my husband has PTSD. He also has a hearing disability which makes it hard for him to hear and regulate his tone at times. But we didn’t get a chance to explain any of that before being put out although disabilities shouldn’t have to be disclosed to eat at a restaurant. Needless to say don’t waste your money because the food is not satisfying. We won’t be back to this location located in Alamo Ranch area off Culebra.

I tipped 15% on a mid tripple digit meal up front for 3 people (because holy cow) and it was SOOO bad that they had to be screwing with me. It could not be that bad without them trying to make it that bad. They delivered the food without gloves or butter, and when I asked for the butter they didn't stir it before pouring and gave me some clear liquid that tasted like straight canola oil. Then I asked for the mixed Cajun and garlic butter, and they must have done the same because the whole thing tasted so bad and oily we stopped halfway through the meal and left. It didn't stop their either. It left a bad taste in my mouth for an hour. If you want to go here for sea food save your self the trip and light $300 on fire and take a shot of canola oil for the same experience. Hurt piece guys. I wanted to be your biggest fan.

While I was looking forward to dining at LA Crawfish, the experience was far from satisfactory due to the excessive number of flies buzzing around. It was distracting and unappetizing. I hope the management takes action to address this issue for future customers. As it stands, I regret to say that I won’t be coming back.
