I didn't like the food. The area with sat in felt close off from the rest of the restaurant. We sat outside but there were 4 walls and a roof. Parking lot and entrance look nice. Don't plan to go there again.

Usually I love this place. Always meet up with family for special occasions. My last visit was God awful. I enjoy sitting by the fountain. So I went April 13th 2024. I walked in did not see a hostesse. I walked to patio saw a waiter who only wait on 1 table as the other 7 tables were empty. I asked do we sit ourselves. He told me No. people are waiting to be seated. Okay. walks me to hostesses station. Woman said how many. I said 4. Hostesses takes me back to where I was. Waiter looks upset. brings me 4 menus. 3 silverware 2 waters. Hmmm something is off... It is now 2:15 pm my son calls I said join us. waiter leaves me there ignoring me .. people trickle in. He actually serves 4 other tables . I have to flag him down to bring 3 margaritas. 2:30 now. my family arrives. I order another margarita. now there are 5 of us. the food is messed up as I ordered vegetarian enchiladas and get a stuffed pepper fine. in all honesty waiters should earn their tip. made me feel unwanted from the time I walked in. I put up with it. I left no tip. zero. my total for my son and I was $67.10 my bank cleared $79.50. No explain why I was charged this amount. Tacos Norton 18.vegetarian pepper 18. 3 margaritas. I do not know as was never given a menu. never called me. never emailed me. Then added stuff to a bill I signed for 67.10

Good was great went for a 75th birthday party had had the plate that had a little bit of everything and the food was great. Service was great. We were a party of over 20 we were all served at the same time food was hot and the servers were excellent. Would definitely recommend

The service and prices brought this score down quite a bit. Our server Celia was not accommodating and delivered poor service. We asked to have an item in the meal replace and her answer was a sharp no. She didn’t give an alternative and the plate cost over $20. Seems ridiculous that accommodations cannot be made for a plate so expensive. When we asked for the check we were toldto wait for dessert since we were part of a party. Again, just not accommodating. We could’ve been asked to have dessert to go. Everything came out slow. I’m assuming because they only had one server for a party of 20+. Overall, the food was mediocre and not very warm. We even watched a man running the food out just place plates on top of other plates with food. Great atmosphere but poor service and food quality considering the price of items.

Absolute worst service I've had in a long time. Spent most of the night being ignored and while it was busy I could see the server standing off to the side doing nothing most of the time. I informed him I'm allergic to avocado and to his credit he got no avocado... on half my dish. Then when I pointed to how it was touching my entree and he brought back the exact same plate just with the avocado brushed off. Then by the time my food finally arrived, everyone else had been long done and my appetite was gone. I never got refills on my drinks even though other people did at the table after asking multiple times. The food I had waited so long for and fought so hard for was bland and boring. The guy trying to peddle photos came by to try to get us to buy and I immediately asked for a manager which he ignored to go through his pitch and when he finally did get us someone, it was the same server who had messed up multiple times and came at us angrily. It took me asking the hostess for a manager to even talk to one and she felt overall dismissive. I understand full well they were busy when we were leaving but I feel the bare minimum wasn't reached. Absolutely let down in all aspects and won't be returning here.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions go somewhere else. Don't trust them to get them even kind of right.

Dietary restrictions: We told the waiter that my son was very allergic to avocados so please none on flautas. He brought flautas without guacamole but the bowl of soup was full of avocado and it was over the bowl and on the flautas. We explained again that he would be calling an ambulance if he served avocado so he replaced the bowl of soup but not the entree that had avocado touching. We requested they remake the meal. Eventually my son’s meal arrived 45 minutes after everyone else finished. We asked him to just box up the meal and he boxed up the wrong meal w avocado and seemed insulted that we wanted the fresh food boxed and then charged us for the mistake. He told us it wasn’t his fault that the kitchen messed up the meal. Only when we asked for the manager did they delete the meal.Service was extremely slow our meal took almost two hours and we got there at six pm .
Unfortunately the service was subpar, our server kept passing our table and when asked for a refill (4 times) he forgot leading to a 30+ min wait on a Coca-Cola. When a manager was requested service was a bit better but not by much.When my wife asked to place another drink order he took the rest of our table's order and skipped our side of the table, unsure why.The food wasn't super warm but had great flavor when it finally came out (order placed at 730p and appetizers didn't show up until the main courses did at 915p).

it was my first time dining here and I definitely will be back again the scenery of the place is incredible I love how they do offer outside and inside dining it was cold this day so we dined inside but the looks of the dining outside was beautiful very pretty lights if your looking for a romantic place to dine then Come here !! The food was delicious and worth the price also the wait time was a little long to be seated and to receive food but it was 100% worth the wait !! Service was good just had a little bit of a language barrier thankfully my boyfriend was there to translate but overall wonderful first time experience ?

Incredible atmosphere with outdoor seating surrounded by babbling fountains and chirping birds. Highly recommend Tableside guac, green enchiladas and the guava & cream cheese empanadas! Traveled from Seattle and would 100% come again when in town.
