You have to really love churros to make a trip to this place. They have several different options such as apple pie, Nutella &banana, strawberry cheesecake, and thres leche. You can add 2 scoops of ice cream to any one. They come in different sizes. In my opinion even a small can be shared between two people. They have a few selections of cake and sundaes as well. It is a food truck, located in the parking lot of "el Bucanero". There are no seating options available.

It says La Mejico Express, but it's the El Bucanero Blanco seafood restaurant. It was Great, Delicious, and not as busy this time around. This is my New favorite seafood restaurant. I will drive an hour to go get my fix. I had ordered the molcajete "el Bucanero" it was very tasty. It says that it's for 2 people, but you can easily feed 3. I had taken it home and it was just as Delicious the 2nd time around. This dish has just about everything from the sea in it. Shrimp 4 different ways, fish, crab legs, calamari, nopal, sanorias, jalapeños, etc. It comes with homemade tostada shells, rice & beans, and a small garnish of salad and you have your choice of salsas. Go and enjoy a molcajete or seafood dish and have a michelada, mangorita, or a beer or two of your choice. It will be worth it.

Annoying to pass by at 9:01PM after checking with Google maps stating they close at 10PM. I attempted to call and it went directly to VM. We were on our way to HEB on Blanco so we thought this would be a good place to pick up some churros. Upon arriving, it appeared they even closed way before 9:00. We were determined to get some churros. After leaving HEB, a friend pulled up another churro place called Honchos. If you haven’t been, you won’t regret. The line was long, but totally worth it.I definitely won’t try this place again, especially not driving out of our way for a place that doesn’t go by their time. At least the drive was nice and the night was beautiful.
My favorite place to go for Churros. I usually order the plain Churros as just want the taste of the dough with the sugar cinnamon. However, we had a large party and some wanted to try the flavored Churros. They are always made fresh to order and come out hot & crispy.I still prefer the plain Churros, but did taste the flavored ones. They were good, especially if you want a sweeter dessert. Since it was still a Churro underneath it all, you can't go wrong.

The picture of the grande churrro plate looked huge, with churros pieces stacked up, covered in caramel and creme. My husband paid $11.99....We waited about 20 minutes for our order outside of El Bracero restaurant tonight for these churros, and when it finally came, it was a small, sad container of a miniscule amount (4 or 5 oz) of churros- maybe one or 1 1/2 churro- cut up into pieces. I cannot believe they charged so much money for such small portions! Also, the wait for the food was very long. Not many customers. The lady tried to give my husband a different order, a parfait of some sort, but he told her that's not what we ordered. This is not right to do to hard working families...just the price is way too expensive for such little food. The picture did not match what we received at all.?
