I was starting to like the restaurant until I had an issue with my kid's order I called to address it and they showed no interest in Fixing the issue and sent me back to solve the problem with DoorDash. But in my opinion, if someone orders chicken flautas is for a reason and it shouldn't be in contact with seafood that has pieces of shrimp in it. The restaurant staff said that they fried everything in the same oil. Very dangerous thing to do especially knowing that some people have allergies.

Atmosphere was dirty, never were we asked if we needed anything else or whether everything was ok; everything had to be translated because they didn't understand...Service was rude, orders were wrong not only at our table but others too; it literally took forever to get rotted cheese quesadillas, dry tostadas & a flavorless cocktail....So on that note, food was disgusting, asked for to go cups and it took 3 asks before they acknowledged;usually never write bad reviews because I believe these types of businesses bring themselves down, but I really had to warn others.

Visited on a Thursday evening, the place is nice and clean, the service is great, however the food was not to our liking, too many spices on some dishes, not enough in others. The place is pricey too.

The seafood was good, but very small pieces. An adult plate looks like a kids plate.

Was hoping for a better experience and better food than I had at the Culebra location a while back, but this wasn't it. The service was lackluster, with the waitress disappearing to the back and barely coming out to check in on tables. The food LOOKS GREAT, unfortunately the taste just isn't there. The shrimp cocktail sauce is extremely wayery and not very flavorful. The filete a la diabla's cream sauce was angelic than "diabla" - no heat - and the one fillet really small. It's rare you see ONE FILLET on the plate nowadays ? I did like the veggies and the rice was bland. I won't be visiting these locations anymore.

The food tasted off and the salsa on the table was spoiled. Drinks were terrible and served warm. The server didn’t seem to understand the drink menu at all. Should have known better when the restaurant was empty.

I ordered the 7 seas broth and it had no flavor, I wasn't going to eat something that didn't taste good, so I told the waitress that she could exchange it for something else and she refused, saying that she had to charge me for it, how are they going to charge me for something? that I'm not going to eat. Terrible service, super expensive and the food is ugly. No wonder there was no one in the restaurant when I went and it was the weekend.

Queso, mango margarita, and tequila mule were great! The ceviche did not taste fresh slight sour taste. Service was great.

This is definitely not the original owner of La Perla del Pacifico and it shows Thursday night and the restaurant it’s empty. Ordered tacos callejeros to go from the restaurant with charros beans. The Meat and the beans were really bad beans were agrios (spoiled ) and the meat on the tacos was nonexistent. Came back with the food to get a refund and the owner was incredibly rude not wanting to refund after the staff agreed both items were bad and after the inconvenience of coming back because his food items were spoiled his arguments for not giving a refund was he just received a A/100 inspection. After all that He did agreed to replace the food but I will definitely NOT come back , at the end of the day who needs clients right ??
