I don't like giving Le Peep a lower score, especially because I used to love this place when I was younger. The last time I went here it was a pretty terrible experience, but that was outside of Le Peep's control, so they can't be blamed. Still, it was a few years until I've been back. I had wanted to go a few times since but it's usually so crowded that we decided to go somewhere else. UNTIL, I had a random Friday off and decided now was my time. Unfortunately, I was still disappointed.Service was okay, food was okay.I'm also not a huge fan of having to be seated by a waiter / waitress and pay for my meal at the front by another waiter/ waitress. I feel like this slows down everything. It takes them away from their tables or takes them away from people trying to be seated or pay. Also, like every other brunch spot on the weekends this place gets wild. There have been times I couldn't find parking. For me, it's not worth it.Overall, take your grandparents here, they're probably really appreciate it, otherwise I'd go somewhere else.

Quite simply the worst service I've received in recent memory. I wouldn't come back here even if I was paid to do so.

Had a nice Sunday brunch sitting outside with chicken and waffles for me and an omelet for my companion. Both were satisfying and generous in proportion. Le Peep has been an excellent place for brunch for decades.

Nestled in the Stone Oak neighborhood, Le Peep is the perfect casual brunch spot! There is usually a 15-30 minute wait on the weekends, but it is so worth it! Plus they provide self-serve coffee while you wait, which is a nice little touch. My husband likes ordering the veggie omelet (diced tomatoes, peppers, onion, broccoli and cheese) with the seasoned potatoes on the side and I enjoy their Belgian Waffle Combo - it comes with one GIANT waffle of which you can choose from their waffle menu, 2 eggs served your way, a side of either bacon or sausage and the seasoned potatoes. An overall well rounded breakfast if you ask me! I do love that they have a rather large menu of breakfast and lunch items for whatever you're in the mood for. Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood spot!
Being on an all liquid diet for 48 hours is no fun... So at the first sight of food u want it to be EVERYTHING...I was so hungry I was excited for breakfast....I had eggs, bacon, grits and a waffle wth strawberries....looked amazing.. grits were tasteless and I'm not sure what kind of batter the waffles had ?.... nonetheless I enjoyed the eggs and bacon....

Loved the pecan coffee. Had the basted egg skillet and the migas for our table. We loved it. Smallish restaurant, we went before 9 am on a Sunday and experienced no wait.
