There was about 6-7 ppl in there waiting for their order when I walked in . Huge mess everyone is moving slow and some looks as they are panicking today was just horrible . Was told my DoorDash order was in the oven so I sat in car for 15 mins as the building was already crowded and walked back in and was told they are taking it out the oven now but sheesh need a better team tbh

Pizza was good but issue comes down to management and how they handle situations. I was charged twice. The first register had issues and manager said the card I paid with will not be charged. He was aware that this was an issue with this register. He then proceeded to charge me at another register. Come to find out we got charged twice. I contacted manager by phone and in-person. I summited a complaint with company. It's been over a month and no contact nor resolution. All I was told by manager was that he is aware of the issue ( apparently I'm not the only customer effected ) and I should see a refund in 7 days. Again it's been over a month. Moving forward I will not do business with Little Ceasear in general. They do not care for Customers Service. A simple refund in cash or providing another meal to take home of equal value in amount of $29 would have been ok with me. End of day it's $29 , but I feel that people should know before they use their card at this location. I'll summit a claim with my bank. Dam I really like their pizza too but have other options around town.

I ordered delivery directly through the Little Caesars Pizza website on my phone, where it did not mention DoorDash would be delivering my order. I placed my order for two pizzas and an order of bread sticks at 7:00 PM (ended up spending 50 bucks, then had to call the store at 7:32 PM as soon as we opened the boxes to realize they had made one of the pizzas wrong. I was told the correct one would be ready in 10 mins. I head to the store. I’m 5 mins away. I wait another 10 mins. Pizza still isn’t ready. When I get upset, I’m told it was the person who told me it was going to be ready in 10 mins fault because a remake could never be that fast. I never got an apology. I was handed the pizza and told to have a good night. It wasn’t until I got home with that pizza that I realized they had made it incorrectly a SECOND TIME by leaving out the cheesy bread! Pretty incompetent

we came here after being turned away from our original dinner plan because they were too busy, waited for fresh cheese bread for it to be missing the seasoning which is like half the reason I like it so disappointed
I get it u get what paid but come on, no gloves when handling the food, cooked food at the most. Y’all should be reeducated. I get it another day another dollar but I would have them with the mind set of, would u serve your family that same food. Thankfully someone else handled my food but y’all? lady was scratching her hair, hair net not even on properly. I’m glad it ain’t a roach or rat thing but that’s kinda gross too.

Waited 40 minutes for a single pizza and an order of bread sticks, I finally went up to the counter and asked how much longer on my pizza and he turned around and pulled it out of the warmer ... Why even take down customer names if you aren't going to call out the orders when they are ready. Not only did you waste my time but my pizza wasn't even fresh anymore.

Walking in, it was hard to decipher what was going on. A bunch of other customers were standing around. And not a single employee looked up at us. It was only during another interaction that I injected myself asking for a hot-n-ready. She set the pizza she had on her hand on the counter but didn't say here ya go or anything so I was confused. I said this is for us? She said yes it's fresh. I was confused. Why, when we just walked in and you've got all these people inside are we the first to walk out w a pizza? But we took or 'za n got outta there. It would have been better had someone noticed that we walked in and wanted to give them our money.
