I placed an order today at 1100 for 24 pizzas going to a school dance. All the pizzas turned out good and were ready for pick up at 4pm. That was the only good part of this experience. I found the manager complaining I got them at their peek time as she was bothered by dealing with the tax exempt. This was mentioned ahead of time, brought the proper paper, and the school has used them before. I even tipped 15% on a $160 order. You would think they would have at least been grateful, but nope. Not even a thank you. This size of an order and tip should have warranted a little assistance in helping them out the car I had backed up with hatch open. But nope. Nothing. As I was taking the first 12 out another customer stepped up and assisted. This is why I have issues with tipping. $192 I could have and will in the future send to another location.

I tried to order online and it kept giving me an error. It asked me to call the store which did not want to give me the same deal as online for an issue they were having. Called another store and ended up paying less than what I would have paid online. Guess they care about keeping $2 rather than over $20..

For me this place is terrible, the Hot n Readys seem to never be cut thoroughly right, the crust is always too hard or crunchy, and each bite tastes sour for some reason. I’ve never had a good fresh classic Hot n Ready from here, the BEST thing they seem to care about making is their Deep Dish pizzas ??♂️ It’s sad because it’s right near my neighborhood and I have to go to a different location just to get a good pizza

Our go to pizza, when you need something medium to eat. Not heavy not too light. Crispy pepperoni.
Service is awful and workers are always obviously slacking off. I’ve worked at two different pizza places and I know it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make one pizza. Terrible attitude and effort from employees.

I placed an online order and mistakenly didn't select a future pick-up time. I called immediately to ask to have it made for later and was told no it was already in the oven. Fast forward an hour later and I pick up the pizza through the drive thru and Ann ( I believe was her name) saw the time and opened the pizzas and said she needed to remake them. I explained that it was technically my fault and she insisted on making me 2 new pizzas. Absolutely an amazing manager who cares about her store and customers, cudos to you and how much pride you take in your work. Thank you!
