I ordered a deep dish and an 1 hour I was getting stomach pains , This lasted 3 days and I missed work , I ended up going to the Doctor at University. Careless handling. GO to little Ceasers on military, Save yourself a trip to the Doctors ?.

It's fast food what can I say. It's usually a 10-15 minutes wait if you order some like a 3 meats or stuff crust. Pepperoni pizzas are always ready, the customer service could be a bit better. But over all not to bad, i always come back here.Parking: There's plenty of parking since there's different shops next door.
one of the worst customer service ive ever experienced, the female manager is one of the worst, had me waiting for 20 mins ,saw me and didnt help ,and her excuse was she didnt hear the bell when i was clearly calling her, bad service bad pizza

My husband placed an online order today at 11am for 10 hot and ready pizza to be ready for pickup at 4pm. He is a middle school coach and needed the pizzas for his soccer athletes before their game. He arrived shortly after 4pm to pick up his pizzas, and was told it would be a 35 minute wait. My husband said that he called at 11am and placed an order, to which the cashier said "we never took an order." He showed her his call log and asked her if this was the store number, and the cashier said "I don't know." He then called the number, and the store phone started ringing. My husband then looked over and saw about 12 hot and ready pizzas ready to go. He asked if he could have those, and the cashier told him "no" and that he needed to wait. There were a few other customers there waiting to order, and they all informed the cashier that they did not mind waiting and to give my husband the 10 pizzas. The cashier said that he needed to wait. She then walked to back to ask the staff what she should do, and she said that "he's over there crying about it and causing a scene" to which my husband responded "I can clearly hear you..." The staff was incredibly unprofessional and flat-out rude. This is the second time in a WEEK that I've contacted you all with a service complaint about one of your stores. This is unacceptable service - I understand everyone is stretched thin and I don't mind being patient, but to be spoken to this rudely is unacceptable. I sincerely hope you do something about this. The store address is 3610 Nogalitos, Unit 106, San Antonio, TX 78211.
