The atmosphere and building is fine on the inside. Apparently I couldn't have an iced tea which I thought was absurd because I asked for milk with it which would allow it to be iced. And for it to be strained because last time there were a lot of tea leaves in the bottom of my tea. This time, the leaves were so clearly not strained you could see it in the top of the drink.

10 out of 10 would recommend so first of y’all know I am from New York and we have amazing coffee houses and have had tons of great experiences how ever as we traveled to San Antonio , Texas this week for customer meetings we stumbled across this amazing Coffee House in the heart of what is known as The Pearl area downtown right near the river walk. I was blown away !! Devin with his amazing customer service as soon as we walked and Megan with her skill of crafting the hands down best Iced Chai latte I have ever had!! Mind you I’ve traveled allOver and have had chai from many places !! This by sat was the best my boyfriend had the espresso he is an espresso man and said it was a great espresso!! You get a little water with your espresso to wash down which is great at a coffee house. The warm chocolate chip sea salt cookie was a perfect combination!! Will absolutely come back !!

Local coffee founders Show me a great time.Additionally, they showed me a great time at a great price which is something I like very much I forgot the barista name but he was very hospital. I ordered a regular coffee however, they get free refills. The barista even let me take a cup to go, which I like very much you can't beat that for the price.! Additionally, the pop tart taste great.

My daughter loved the dark chocolate with almond milk iced and the iced peach black tea was great.
Ordered a muffin and hot chai. Both were ok. I’ve had worse. Service was mediocre. Got my luke warm chai and waited for my muffin, while the 3 servers chatted, did other things. Had to go ask for my muffin. She forgot. It was supposed to be warm. So she threw it in the oven 10sec and then basically dropped on the counter for me to grab. I am very patient and never got rude. But, I wouldn’t go back. They are not conscientious of quality customer service. And I tipped well as soon as I paid. Kinda wanted some back. Vibe was bougie and quiet

Uncharacteristically poor experience this morning. Normally they do everything just about perfectly. Today, I ordered a light ice vanilla latte. I ended up with a cup of ice and a side of espresso. I even specified with the barista I'd like light ice. The picture speaks for itself. Service and ambiance were good. A little too crowded for me though. It seems sometimes it's chill in the store other times it's packed. The vibe is normally great but when it's packed it's honestly overwhelming.
