I'm not going to lie overall I'm pretty disappointed by this place because I was expecting more. The food was awful and the beers tasted kind of flat. I will say the service and atmosphere was much better than the food and drinks. With that being said I probably won't be returning any time soon.

Quality house-made beer, good flavor, proper carbonation. Burger was good but not award winning.

Thank you to my fellow Houston elites your reviews! That's how we settled on this place. I was a little hesitant when we pulled up, it's located on the end of a shady looking strip mall type thing. We walked in and right away you know the owner is a hip hop lover. Especially the homage to MF DOOM. I don't drink beer, but that's why most come here probably. The menu looked super enticing too. I ordered the bacon Mac and cheese for the table. It was beyond salty, but I love salt. Idk if it's usually that salty, it was a bit much. The mushroom burger was good and the fries were the bomb. I love crispy fries. The Astros game was on for baseball lovers like me! Go 'Stros. Our waiter was super friendly. Just a good all round vibe going on. Bar seating, high tops and a regular tables. Also seating outside. All types of patrons. Folks there for the game, couples, families. You name it. When in the area, I'd definitely hit up again!

Had to rewrite this review. Food availability is unpredictable. They may or may not have wings or other basics they are know for. They may be out a whole weekend. Beer is here today and gone tomorrow so also unpredictable. I cannot recommend this place anymore. Prices keep going up and are 30% more expensive than last year. Bartenders spend more time in the kitchen chitchatting with the cook than chitchatting with the customers who pay their salary. Arrogant bar guy offers foam if you ask to taste a beer, so don’t do it. Weird. Haven’t seen this before. Great at one time but I hear it’s for sale.

This once busy, vibrant neighborhood pub appears to have fallen on hard times. We ordered beer and cider along with a small order of beef nachos. There was about 1 tablespoon of dried beef in the half order. We were surprised but did not complain. While we talked staff put chairs on all tables around us but no reminder of closing. I still hope for the best for the bar and restaurant but would not make a return visit Good luck guys.

Great local find brewery. Food was delicious, the mushrooms were huge! Great burgers and a delicious spicy Chicken Sandwich. Went on a weekend wit live music and little craft fair. The beer tasty too!

GOD BLESS THE STAFF TODAY! There were more kids than adults here tonight and I had little patience for this as I like to enjoy a night out at a brewery WITHOUT children. Shame on the legacy soccer group for taking over a BREWERY with all the kids. The staff was very patient in light of the situation. Most of us adults were in a rush to get out of here due to the large amount of children in a BREWERY. I am a HUGE fan of anything that involves liquor being 18+ but that is not the case here in Texas. I love Mad Pecker and their staff is always awesome but it's unfortunate that this soccer group chose a bar (as stated by one of their coaches) instead of a Chuck E. Cheese that the kids would've enjoyed (along with the rest of us BAR patrons). Please tip your bar/beer tenders well!!!
