Sweet, fruity, and perfectly complementary to smashbrowns and biscuits alike.We usually grab a retro plate or a biscuit sandwich. Hits the spot every time. We went for brunch this past Sunday while shopping. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we appreciated help in selecting our food from a gal Angela, who we initially thought was a manager. She also stopped by our table and checked on us and ensured everything was to our liking. Food was great, good atmosphere, and pleasant staff. We will be back

Chicken waffle was really underwhelming, I personally wouldn't consider eating it again, the chicken crust fell all off and the chicken itself was similar to beef jerky when you chew. The chicken breading was spicy which was interesting for a chicken and waffle dish, but the sweet and spicy flavor was completely ruined by the waffle being completely bland. The waffle needed work, although fluffy it was so bland and had no sweet components unless mixed with the maple syrup which was the only saving grace for this meal. Even then the syrup wasnt even good. Eating the waffle and the chicken together was probably the worst feeling ever, overpowering in the chicken left the waffle to be completely dismissed. The biscuit french toast was so bland even the gravy provided with the meal couldn't save it. The restrooms was unclean, and the trash was completely full + overspilling.

Me and my family aren't hugeeee breakfast people, but this place caught our eye and we decided to give it a try. The customer service was perfect, and the food was too. Kudos to Angela who was super friendly! The restaurant was really clean too and that's a huge thing for me. Def, will go again and try out a latte or some other dishes!

Ordered chix & waffle to go, online. Food was ready as expected but no syrup in the bag. What if i was eating on the go and not able to go back home for syrup?! Smh Bulverde location is so much better & organized. This location is rushed & disastrous.

Don't come at me, if you love this place. ? We decided to try Maple Street Biscuit Company for Brunch. It was our first time & probably our last. I have to say, it was VERY underwhelming. ? The place smelled so good when you walk in, like Maple Bacon. You can see them making Homemade Biscuits behind the counter. I ordered the "Five & Dime". My partner ordered "The Chicken Club" & we shared Fried Green Tomatoes. The Peach-Berry Lemonade was really good. My Five & Dime was meh. The Chicken was absolutely yummy. It was thick, juicy & crunchy. The Bacon was really good as well as the Sausage Gravy. My complaints are the Biscuits were thin & dry, basically like the Crust of a good Biscuit. I was thinking that a place that calls themselves a "Biscuit Company", would make thick, fluffy Biscuits. My Egg was super thin almost like paper thin & folded to make it thicker, but that didn't help. I was hoping for a thick fluffy Egg. The fried Green Tomatoes, had good flavor, but were really small. So I was definitely let down. Being pregnant, my hormones made me feel all types of disappointments.
