Was told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. Called after an hour, and was told "he's almost there." Called several more times and was finally told the pizza was delivered. Asked to speak to the manager, who changed the story and said the driver knocked several times and left. Gave up after two hours. People I spoke with were very rude.

Pizza was great. Order came fast. Prices were nice too. We ate inside and there were 3 large family size tables and two small two seater tables. The crust was really soft and fluffy not nasty and dry. Definitely will eat here again since sadly they closed romes's pizza on potranco.

The menu screen was half blacked out and your counter person handed me a paper menu when I pointed it out. She was too busy on phone (personal call) to greet and promptly take my order.2. The counter girl had difficulties taking my order. She repeated my order to me three times before she finally got it correct. 3. The young man at the final prep and boxing table was scruffy in appearance. His long hair hair and beard needed a hair net. Noticed he came to the register area and didn't wash his hands before handling the food's again.4. The pizza prep floor looked dirty. The table could have used some tidying up. Could use some tidying up from time to time. More like clean as you go.

Great friendly service, clean store, pizza was delicious. We ran over late from seaworld last night, trying to quickly eat, before our almost 2 hour drive home. They closed in a little more than an hour, so I was rushing our group to order telling them quick, so the staff could make our food and get to closing! The lady at the register was saying no rush, she made helpful suggestions, and was so pleasant! Even though ppl were coming in and picking pizza up, they were still fairly busy, with maybe one person and her working away. She never broke her friendly attitude. What a wonderful employee they have, wish I would have got her name! Middle age brown hair, she needs a raise Marcos! This location is doing something right! Make sure they know it.

I love their pizza but I ordered a medium pizza a couple weeks ago and had them add $4 to for driver. When I received pizza with receipt they had added $8 for tip. I will never order from them again.

I had called regarding my order to converse delivery. They said 30 minutes. I called 15 minutes later they said 30 minutes. They can't make up their minds what time it will be delivered. Sad night and customer service.

Born in NY, lived in CA for over 30 years so I know a great pizza. However, in San Antonio, TX the Marco's on Potranco is so great. I've never liked pizza that much but Marco's....Omg its so delicious every single time. Leftover Marco's pizza? Do not warm it up in the microwave -warm this kind of pizza up in the oven only. Yes it's so great the day after too! The best ever. Just try it.

Ordered our pizza online for pickup since we were out and about, and as soon as we showed up, I order was freshly out the oven. Which only took about 25 mins for us to get here. Friendly and great customer service.

Tried this place last week and while the food wasn't bad, the order and presentation was. I ordered a deal they had for 2 large pizza and 15 wings. On one pizza I added mushrooms. I was dissatisfied with the fact that they threw these cold mushrooms on at the end. And I know they were thrown on at the end because when picking up a slice, they all fell off.

I'm not a big pizza person, but Marco's pizza is one of the best pizza spots I've ever tried. They're a little spot on the corner of Dugas and Portranco. Getting in and out of the parking lot is tricky but doable. In the past year, I've come here a handful of times and have not been disappointed any of the times. First off, there are about 5 tables/booths inside for those that want to eat at the restaurant. For the most part, it's been very clean, but a few times tables still had crumbs on them from previous customers and the employees hadn't had the opportunity to get to cleaning them. They provide paper plates and plastic utensils for customers. Hubby and I usually order a large and do half pepperoni for him and extra cheese for me. If you order online/app they usually have deals like medium 1 toppings for $7.99. It is carry-out only though. Once ordered, pizzas usually come out pretty quickly. I love the crust here, especially since they offer crust topping. I usually get the garlic sauce, but they also have Roma, Romasean, and just parmesan. They also have the option between original, thick, and thin crust. If you get a small pizza, you can get a cauliflower crust. They have specialty pizzas as well as build-your-own. If pizza isn't your thing, they also have pizza bowls, salads, subs, and yummy sides. I have tried a sub from here but wasn't as happy with it as I am with their pizzas. On a not-so-positive note, they do charge for just a water cup here. When we first came here, it was free, but the last two times we said we just wanted water, they said they'd have to charge for the cup. So unfortunately we didn't end up getting a drink. Overall, we love this pizza place and will come back again.
Ordered a pizza from Marcos delivered by Uber. Tha pizza was cold nasty dry no sauce. I would not reccommend this pizza to a dog. Thats how bad that pizza was. The toppings on the pizza is a joke. I tried this pizza cause alot of people talk about it. Il put my money on Pizza Hut any day.

If I could put a zero for this place I would. Place closes at 10pm and we pulled in the the parking lot 10 minutes before it closed and they had locked up and were sitting behind the counter.. and wouldn't let us in. Staff seems especially lazy.. glad they were able to clock out "early" tonight! S*** subway.
