It’s way better than other take out pizza. Service is always good whether it’s take out or delivery. But I do not like the online ordering system, it freezes up and have to constantly refresh to finalize an order or call it in. Ever since the online ordering system changed I’ve had issues with it. I wonder if others have the same issue with it. I wish it would have stayed the same as before which had no issues.

MANIC MONDAY FOR EVERYONE AT MARCOS I GUESS.My husband and I decided to make it a movie night, so pizza was a must. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to order but the site said closed at 11pm. Perfect!I Placed my order at around 9-50pm.....yes, late but I would pick up. I get there and the door is locked, so I knocked. Then two lady's working totally did not pay attention and so my husband calls and no answer. I'm trying to get their attention and nothing, so the delivery man comes from the parking lot and ask me if the door was locked I said yes, he said that's wierd and knocked as well. He too was ignored. He knocked louder and yelled out, the door is looked! The lady approaching the door clearly was annoyed because clearly she couldn't ignore that . She opened it and I told her my pizza is paid and I just want to get it and leave so I dont know why I was getting ignored.SHE replied with attitude that nobody is ignoring anyone and I told her yes and by the way you just ignored my husband as he was solely calling the store to tell you I was at the locked door because you did completely ignore me. She said, I just put him one hold.You would think she could just give me my pizza but as she checked my order on her screen she went on about how she's having a day, no apologies. Well I just want out of there to end my night on a way better note but once I got home I noticed my pizza was wrong. So bottom line I wont order within and hour of closing or better yet I'll take my business elsewhere.

I stand by Marco's Pizza but hadn't been to this location until the other day when I was in the area. The pizza was fresh, made right in front of me, and came out perfect! Also, the young lady who rang me up was awesome! Didn't get her name but she was really petite and wore glasses. She was so polite! The guy with the dreads was also hard at work the entire time I sat and waited. Great team and great food! I really appreciate this location!

Please implement hair nets. There was a long hair imbedded in my pizzoli. When I took it back I was offered another, but declined. Then I was looked at like I was crazy and I said I’m waiting for my refund. I could only get a credit which I didn’t want. As much as I order from this location.

March 29 around 1pm was tailgated and cutoff by a Pizza delivery driver named Chris who drives a gray rice burner.I Called the store and the manager Jasmine didn’t have any concern over her crew. Just letting people know to be careful with Paul Walker on the road.Is there an email I can message private info to??

I got food poisoning from one of the staff on March 13th of 2024. I ordered a pepperoni pizza Ate, went to bed and I’m so glad I only ate two slices of pizza or else I would be in more pain. I HAVE POISON IN MY STOMACH FROM PIZZA! In all of the years I’ve been alive this couldn’t have came at a worser time. I’m in school trying to graduate and I have a lot of important test coming up FOOD POISONING WASNT IN MY PLANS. It makes me get behind on homework, work and miss attendance for school. I haven’t ate food in 4 DAYS AND I LOVE FOOD. I’m never eating here again ! ! !

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Waited for a pizza I ordered over the phone to come in for pick-up to find out that the delivery driver is answering the phone taking orders and not putting them in to be made. Is that a real excuse!!! People on duty did not even care and seriously wanted me to wait while they took my order again, so they could make it. Even tried to say I ordered at a different location, really, as though I have not ordered at this same location for years!!??? Just awful and no empathy at the fact that my family was now without dinner. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.
Great pizza, good deals, it's worth the trip. You cant go wrong!

Went Sunday w a group of 15 there was no one in the lobby it was 9:30pm. We looked at closing time it was 11. We started to order, and the lady says the lobby is closed due to covid!! Like whattt we ate there a few weeks ago. So not sure if she just didn't want to work! We would have spent a few 100$ and was very dissapointed.
