Had an amazing time! Our waitress was attentive despite the fact that she was busy! The food is always delish & know that I may pay extra for what I want. Always enjoy our visit to this place!

Chef Carl Pierro is fantastic! Had lunch with my mom at Mariposa again yesterday. The food was fresh and tasty. My mom had the Sampler and I had the Mandarin Orange Soufflé with Chicken salad. Great atmosphere and nice service. We will be back.

Our waiter Shawna I think is her name please forgive me if I messed it up but she was wonderful! She gave great suggestions for food and drinks and was overall a great time I wi definitely be back

We came here for lunch during a weekday and it wasn't too busy. The ambience was very vibrant and happy. As soon as we sat, the waitress brought us a hot and small tea cup of broth to sip while we decide what to drink and eat. The broth was really delicious. They also give you fresh and soft bread with butter. I wasn't impressed with the unsweetened spiced iced tea but the salmon tacos I ate was definitely delicious and very enjoyable.

As much as we love dining at Mariposa, we had a new waiter that appeared too rushed even though it was not crowded. He took one order but we were not through ordering before he walked off. I had to call him back to keep ordering drinks and other items as he kept leaving the table before we were through ordering.

As soon as we approached and glanced at the menu, the hostess turned around and walked away without any acknowledgement. If you would like to see unprofessional behavior and staff who don't want to work, come here! Want to see staff who lack manners, come here!! For something upscale, go elsewhere.

We came on Valentine's Day and really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was nice, they had a live guitarist, food was great and so was the service. I would definitely go there again.

Service was terrible here. The restaurant was probably at 35-40% capacity, seemed to be a lot of waiters running around at all times, yet the service was still very slow. Our wine took 25 minutes to make it to our table and at that it was room temperature. We also had to ask a few times for refill on our water. I also had to remove silverware, placemat, and extra menus from our table and place them on another table to make room - those items stayed there for the duration of our meal. There was simply minimal attention paid to our table, and for the price of the food I expect at least basic service.

So much went wrong, starting with moldy tasting coffee, no bouillon, stale tasting popovers and very slow service. The white napkins shed on my dark pants and my guest's pants. The tap water also had a funny taste. Overall a very bad experience, which we have noticed is happening with more frequency. The appearance of the restaurant is dingy and dusty. Does not look clean and sleek like it was in the beginning. Very disappointing lunch.

Our server paid little to no attention to us from the time we sat down to the time we received the check back... I had questions regarding the menu items and as I was speaking I lifted up my head to notice she was starring at another table. Throughout our meal she was serving and checking up on every other table except mine. And to make matters worse we sat there for an extra 30 minutes after we finished our meal to leave... It was beyond upsetting. I won't be returning

The quality of the food is not what it used to be. I ordered the famous NM chicken salad and what I got looked and tasted different. The chicken salad was buried amongst a bed of greens. The chicken salad was very bland and of a shredded chicken texture and not the chunky chicken salad I'm familiar with. I am disappointed!

My favorite restaurant, however the ambiance is lacking. The tables in front of the windows are not comfortable. Basically, a makeover would be best. It is getting a bit tired looking. The food is good! No complaints there!

I visit Mariposa a few times a month and the food and service is always top notch!! To my vegetarian friends: The California Club is a must try! The veggies are always so fresh and crisp and the combination in this sandwich is truly phenomenal. For my fellow Pescatarians: The Palm and Artichoke Salad with Salmon is truly outstanding!
