Ordered mcdonald’s breakfast on the app prior to 10:30. i am completely aware breakfast ends at 10:30 that’s why i placed my order before. upon my arrival i gave my order number through the drive thru and was told my order was cancelled by them because they stop selling breakfast which they were selling when i placed my order. i didn’t receive a notification or message on the app stating my order was cancelled. i continued to speak through the drive through speaker and was talking to dead air because the employee started taking the order in the other lane. spoke to manger Rennee who was extremely rude waving her hands outside the window w hella attitude telling me they don’t have the items to make my order. lies. just lazy and messy. tryna assert dominance as a manager to customer instead of finding a resolution to the issue. and one of the employees was listening in on our conversation and rolled her eyes so far back they got stuck and shook her head all ugly w no shame. very unprofessional. no refund no food just a sh!tty experience. oh did i mention no hair nets? rennee looked liked she had a few piojos up in there btw.edit: turns out renee and the rest of her staff team are liars and are lazy pos my order was never cancelled like they said it was. just too dam lazy to work at the job they applied for. had to contact customer support to even get my refund back. i’ll be contacting your general manager.

Wented on 4-2-24 at 9:39 a.m. for breakfast. Hash brown was cold & soggy like always. Sausage McMuffin with egg was cold and tasteless like always. Drive-thur is the worst, long lines but food still cold & terrible. Will not go back. AVOID THIS PLACE! Plus, prices are way too high for what I get. Cold food & terrible service. ?

The girl at the drive thru entered my order wrong. She added Splenda to an ice coffee by mistake. When I got to the window I asked the girl if they can remake the iced coffee with out Splenda. She said "it's so little you can't even taste it" I also let her know I was being overcharged for a l medium french frie I didn't order the manager Rosa came to the window and asked if I wanted something else like a cookie I said no I'll just take the refund at which point she said I have to wait 24hrs before they can issue a refund, meaning I have to literally go back tomorrow so they can start to issue a refund!! I understand waiting a few days for the bank to process your money back. But having to wait 24hrs to return to the location for them to issue a refund is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I went through drive through, and ordered 3 sausage biscuits. I asked for 4 strawberry jellys and 4 grape jellys. The lady told me she could not give me that many withthe worst attitude. She gave me 3 of each instead. I told her I just Luke alot of jelly. But she was persistent that she would not give me the extra jelly i asked for.I asked her if she could charge me. She snatched my card as if she was going to charge me but didn't charge me after all. I'm not sure the change of mind for not charging me but I won't be going back to this location. Very rude ladies running the drive through.
