I mean I know it's a slow and got low quality food. It's a fast food restaurant. But there's some real disgusting people here. Went to return a 40-piece nugget because it came out cold and rubbery, they didn't seem too happy but went to get a replacement. Then came back just a minute later asking if we had touched the previous 40 piece and specifically asked if we had touched it or ate from it. And when we said yes their comment was oh never mind we can't use it anymore and then let us keep it. So I'm pretty sure they were going to try and hand it out to another customer, this is repulsive.

Went thru drive thru .. took about 5 mins to get a greeting .Soda had No ice. I asked for extra fries instead of apple slices in kids meals (2 meals) didn't get the extra fries or the apple slices in either of them. Cheese burgers were sloppy put together Ketchup all over

This store is always busy. It needs to follow its controls and listen when a customer is asking a question. Food is being lost, and I was not reimbursed for the Large decaf I purchased. My husband instead bought a small. SMH. It was early and your store wasn't busy.

I don’t understand what the point of using the app .I had to wait for 2 coffees and a order of hot cakes . Honestly I rather use door dash my food atleast my. Food will be ready . Also the guy bringing the food out comes and asks me what my order was it’s just disappointing . Ppl on the back of me getting their orders before . Management sucks it reflects on employees .

The drive through people are friendly, and very nice when you go inside the people at the counter seem slow and very uneducated (explains why they work there) but there is this young white lady who clearly seems very slow I would say feeble minded, imbecile and dim witted and very rude. I heard someones order was ready and she called out the order number once and was like “whatever” and just threw it on the counter and the customer saw her do that and was like “wth I just said right here”
Horrible location, they never get my order correct, the food always tastes reheated, and they are impossible to reach to report issues with your order due to the fact that their phone doesn't work. The staff is completely unorganized, standoffish, and they don't bother checking the orders they send out.

This McDonald's location I always go to and order my 8 regular patties as well. They get my order right away trough drive trough. I never have no problems with this McDonald's on Austin hwy. Great

Why do all the employees look angry I stood at the counter had 3 people waiting behind me the employees just walking around stood there for minutes and not one employee offered to take are orders I eventually walked out with nothing with how unfriendly the employees look I got a creepy feeling that this is the kind of place that would loogy in the food my past experiences with this place have all been bad as well literally never once had a good experience here avoid this place thay do mot want your business any other place would be better than this

Was told to pull around the building from the drive through to wait on my ordered. I waited 15 min and not a single person came out to hand me my food or to see what I was waiting on. Went inside to get my food and only one employee asked what I needed but didn’t even bother to look for my meal or tell the other works to quickly make it. And the man who told me to pull up looked at me twice and didn’t say a word nor ask if I needed anything. Ended up just leaving without me food. Total waste of money I’ll never get back.
