This location needs to close for two days and undergo a deep clean, both inside and out. It is always disgustingly dirty inside and the outside is no better with filthy dirty tables, sticky sidewalks and overflowing trash cans. We love going there for frozen yogurt but the environment keeps us away from more regular visits.

Took my family here and was incredibly disappointed. The young lady who was working was on her phone the entire time, we came for the dole whip and she went to check it and said she didn’t know how to change it (okay fine we will pick a different flavor) but every trash can was completly full and overbearing so when my daughter went to put hers in the trash the mass amount of trash on top of the bin fell over making a huge mess. The young lady working there looked incredibly annoyed but…it’s your job to change the trash cans even the outside bin was overflowing. Before leaving my young daughter had to go to the bathroom so I took her and there was no toilet paper there. I went to tell the young lady and she completly ignored me, and when I mentioned it again she gave me a very mean look and said “ok” and walked away. From looking at the comments on reviews… this is not the first time this employee has gotten a bad review. I wish management would do something

Visited for the first time today after friends in Houston told me about it. I had seen Menchies before, as I do visit the UPS store and HEB quite frequently on Basse.Everything is self serve. I got the pineapple yogurt in a waffle bowl. Price is according to weight.There was a large selection of toppings available. Sadly, no pecans though.I will certainly return.

Not sure if the cashier was sober or focus but I had to tell her my phone number 3 times, and when she couldn’t get it, only gave me the 10% discount when I had 5 yogurts and didn’t even get the points for the transaction.
