Block medium roast coffee was super bitter! Horrible! Service was great, very speedy!

If you need caffeine and sugar fast, might as well be here!! $8 for a flavored latte isn’t too bad for airport

Got a corridor and my husband got a cafe au lait. Tasty coffee. They open up early. They have a small amount of pastries. Not a lot of seating but it is in the airport.

First time trying merit coffe , was excited to try their matcha because it has no sweetener. Ordered an iced matcha latte with vanilla- no flavor and taste like I ordered a $7 cup a milk. Don't waste your money on it

Merit is from San Antonio and they roast their own beans. This is the place I go before I board my plane, when have some extra time, due to the short TSA lines. Their coffee is great, and they also have some wraps or sandwiches to take with you for on the plane, or the train ride I have to take after I land at JFK. Maybe next time I will buy a bag of beans too, to brew some Merit at home.

Great coffee but negligent staff; couple girls on their phones ignoring guests.

Good service and good drinks. It's right off of the security lines so very convenient location. Hot oat milk matcha latte was great. My friends got a hot vanilla latte and an iced lavender latte- both has positive reviews. They did not have bagels, so that was the only disappointing part. There is not much seating.

I had the best service and time with these lovely ladies. EVERY-TIME I come through the airport the service is phenomenal. These ladies are always hard at work and keep the place squeaky clean. See y'all next time! :)

HORRIBLE! 4 girls working, 1 looking on phone showing everyone pictures of her paycheck instead of paying attention. Meanwhile, watching her mk my coffe w/ reg milk instead of oat milk, when I told her the 1st thing that cane out of her mouth was “did she charge you?” Not, oh I’m sorry..We’re IN an AIRPORT, DONT HV TIME, for little girls on phones.. taking sweet time!
Great cortado,, and excellent service! This was my first time visiting Merit in the airport and they didn't disappoint!

Ordered two house blend coffees and they disgustingly bitter, even after adding sugar and creamer the taste only kept getting worst.

Bought a small bottle of water today and the clerk asked me to enter tip on the machine upon cashing out. He is not at fault but this company is for asking customers to tip its employees when the airport charges so much for everything and you want your customers to tip when Merit Coffee should be paying their employees a living wage. How dare you.

Ordered an espresso. The coffee is awful, bitter and highly acidic, undrinkable. They definitely need to change the coffee (at least start with Lavazza or Illy). There is no other place to buy an espresso in this area of the airport. Perhaps everyone here drinks coffee with milk and sugar to cover the horrid taste. Too bad for SA airport. Ordered an almond croissant. Tasted like it was a week old. Stale. $11.45 for this disaster. While other airports are incorporating better coffee options, this airport has chosen to limit travelers to one which does not Merit mention. My recommendation, scour the airport; perhaps there is a Costa machine, a Lavazza cafe hidden somewhere, or simply wait until your next destination.
