Phone in ordered of chow mein and lemon chicken. Picked it up and was repeated chow mein and lemon chicken. They gave me lo mein instead. I called and a female answered and told me I can go back exchange the lo mein for chow mein or I can get store credit for next time. I asked if I could also return lemon chicken since it would be cold by the time I would eat it because I had to go back and return the lo mein that was their error. I was just asking. No big deal. She asked her boss and he proceeded to yell at her saying it wasn’t their fault that it was my fault. He was very rude to her and her. i asked her if I could please speak to him. He got on the phone and yelled at me that I ordered lo mein. not chow mein. Which is weird because the female immediately agreed that it was an error on their part hence the reason I could go exchange or get store credit. Then said if I don’t know how to order by phone then to order in person next. I said excuse me and he then said that he wouldn’t take my order by phone any longer. I was stunned. I then told him his customer skills were horrible and he yelled even louder into the phone and said I can’t get the chow mein anymore and hung up on me. So obviously I didn’t go back because he scared the hell out of me. I was just hoping that the food we got was at least good. I had to stirred fried the noodles so that came out ok. Lemons chicken was really dry and lemon sauce real lumpy consistency. Tasted funny. Eggroll was soft and limp. Rice had no real taste so was just ok. If the food was good I would go back and deal with management but the food isn’t worth the abuse. Lol

Disappointed that the plates got so small and quality went way down hill, lady was kind of rude. This little plate for $9.20 and a tiny sweet tea that tasted old and little sweet.

Michael and the entire crew at "Ming Garden Express" made our Dad's 101st Birthday an awesome success?. The food was fast, delicious, and the service was great! We were a party of 20 and everyone enjoyed their meal with many taking home what they couldn't finish, in their convenient to go boxes. Seating and wait time was a non issue which was perfect with us being such a large group! Definitely recommend ? for parties they even let us bring our own backdrop, and assisted with a large group picture! Such an AMAZING TEAM!! Thank you guys again for making our celebration one to truly remember!! My favorite is the lemon chicken. My daughter loves the lo-mein, and my Dad loves the walnut fried shrimp?

My first negative review ever written. Here we go: I'm hungry but agreeable, as always. I walk in and order at 12:25 pm. Place was not busy. I stand aside and proceed to wait. Person taking order is a 5'6 male, about 36 years old, with a thinning hair line that is not necessary welcoming (probably not his best day). It is 12:50 pm and I finally get my food. I KINDLY ask, "can I get some Sriracha?" Guy goes "it'll be 50 cents" while making a face that implies I am an inconvenience to his not so busy afternoon. I had already left a tip, so I thought: "why don't you take it from the tip, since you unapologetically made me wait 25 minutes?" But I said nothing and just pulled out my card. To which he replied condescendingly: "we only do 5 dollar minimum." to the owner: please fire this dude; he doing you and your costumers a de-service.
