This was my worst experience ever at Mod. The service was poor. It was clear that some of the staff were more interested in feeding their extended family and friends then helping actual paying customers. The pizza was burnt. I thought my partner was exaggerating but it was really burnt. Bought a drink but when I went to fill my drink, no iced tea. It is the only thing I drink at Mod. So wasted that money. Store was dirty but plenty of staff to clean. However they were busy with friends and family. I won't go back to this location. The gal that gave me the pizza tried to be helpful.

We stopped in here after furniture shopping this evening. The pizza and service are really good. The location is a little funky (in a good way) and modern but the dining area is also a little like a generic Wendy’s or a McDonald’s. ?

Love coming here with my daughter since she loves pizza it’s always a pretty quick service and we are able to get our food rather quickly . however, every time we walk in the stuff are very slow to acknowledge us. They’re usually walking around fiddling with things behind the counters they continue doing what they’re doing before giving us a simple acknowledgment like hey I’ll be right with you they don’t seem to have any motivation to move a little bit faster, especially when there’s nobody else in the store, I would say that this is my only complaint regarding this other than that the food is good I love the pizza the original mod perfect for me and my daughter to share. I would say that the outside could have more attention paid to it. The trashcan is overflowing and there’s a bunch of homeless that just sit there, which makes it uncomfortable to have an outdoor meal.

This place has really been a disappointment last 2 2 times we order. The pizzas used have ample toppings have been great tasting. Now it just seems they are just trying to save money and barely put anything on it. It’s not like we ask for a bunch of toppings. My daughter orders the same pizza every time and gets less and less topping. When a 14 year old girl opens her box and says there hardly anything on it you know something is wrong. Being burnt twice by them will make us find a different pizza place from now on.
