Delivery: pizza had all Toppings to one side and the dough on that side was raw. This leads me to believe the mistake was with the resteraunt and not the driver. I was very disappointed. Was my first and last time ordering from here.

I placed an order online as many people do to save time and avoid the hassle of waiting in the line. I placed my order at 8:52 PM and was quoted a 19 minute wait time for my food to be ready. I checked in at the counter as they instruct you to do on the website and was told that the orders were backed up but they were going to get my food out as soon as possible. I had a seat while I waited. There were several other patrons waiting for their online orders. I sat patiently, probably longer than I should have. After 30 mins I went to inquire on the status of my order and they hadn’t even started to make it. I requested a refund. The store should not be accepting online orders if they aren’t able to fulfill these orders in a timely manner. I checked in was told there was going to be an extended wait. Waited for half an hour for what is advertised as fast and fresh pizza only for them to not even start my order. I honestly won’t ever be going here again which I understand doesn’t matter to them in the slightest but I’ll definitely spend my money elsewhere.

Good pizza at a fair price. However, during my visit they were out of ice for drinks and we were not told until after we ordered our food. So, we had to get our drinks from another nearby restaurant. Not a good experience, and it takes away from otherwise good food and experience.

Could not get the app to work to place an order so I came into the store. After waiting 35 minutes to order and wait for two pizzas, they managed to lose one of my pizzas between the order and the handoff station. They offered coupons “to make up” for it, but that doesn’t really give me back my time. Been here many time before with much better service.

We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and this is what they give us. Not to even mention how RUDE the man calling out the names for the pizza was!! Will not be returning.

Not the best, from presentation to the taste. Just wished they took more time apply topping as opposed to just throwing them into a pile instead of spreading evenly. It cause the pizza to not fully cook through and most of the toppings (veggies) to not cook at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister, her kids and myself came in to eat some food after shopping. The boy who was wearing a green shirt with glasses and the red hat was very rude and seemed frustrated because we were ordering 3 build your own mods plus another mod pizza, bread sticks and a salad. He was making comments like oh god and huffing and puffing making all our stuff. It took about 14 minutes just to make the pizzas, salad, and breadsticks. 3-4 other orders were made and cashed out before the salad was even finished. The only nice ones working that station was the girl with the black bandana on her head. The girl wearing the blue shirt with glasses I’m not sure if she was new but she was also nice trying to help us make the food. I walked over to pay and I was paying with cash. I had a dime in my hand instead of taking the cash with the dime he snatched the money from my hand and had to ask another worker how to pay with cash. That worker said oh just out of $86? I said no the dime is on the counter he snatched the money from my hand and didn’t take the dime. There was also a heavy set guy with a hat just standing there staring at my sister. This experience was unwelcoming and I lost my appetite. If this is how this location reacts to large orders we will gladly take our $86 and go to somewhere who treats their customers with respect and are welcoming.

Bad costumer service! I ordered thru the app to save myself sometime did curbside pick up for the guy just forget about my order saying he forgot cause he got distracted…. And only to find out when I got home that my pizza was made incorrectly…. Save your time and money going to this location. I’ve never had a problem at the culebra location. But this one sucks second time it happens
