The hostess Vanessa was very rude, and insisted she couldn’t sit our party together. We split our party up, and when we sat down, the whole area around us was empty. We asked if the other half of our party could sit near us, since the area was empty, and they insisted no. We told our server and she was very sweet and tried asking the hostess, who once again was rude and insisted no. We asked to speak with a manager Keith, who gave us the card to the GM and walked away. We left and did not give them our service.

We went to celebrate a girlfriend getting married. BIG MISTAKE coming here. We ordered soup and salad and didn't get anything, no bread, nothing, for 45 minutes. It was not that busy, and ended up having the hostess bring our soups after an hour. The checkout process took another 30 minutes, and our "quick" lunch ended up taking almost 2 hours. I'm definitely not recommending to come here.

Two thumbs down way down Ordered for catering pickup for a wedding when picking up all food was just sitting out not kept warm. Half the food wasn't even edible. Breadsticks which are normally flavored and amazing had zero taste and hard to chew . When called to speak w manager Lizzy made no apology only excuses and lacked human kindness and compassion. Will not use again and I do not recommend anything to go. So yourself a favor and use zios or some other Italian place for your catering needs. So sad the quality of food and way the management treated us and couldn't care less !!!!!!!!

We could hear every other server talking amongst each other right by our table. Sort of ruined my appetite. Reminded me of chimpanzees reuniting.Kid-friendliness: Very loud so yes kid friendly.
