I love coming here. The customer service is the best. Annie and Dom keep the store immaculate. They remember their customers names. I am a loyal repeat customer because of the service and excellent yogurt!

My Quesque Alfredo pasta was only pasta with cream and shrimp with no terrible flavor. I asked if they could have chopped serranos and they added jalapeño. They do what they want or what the customer asks for. The truth is, it was a very bad experience. It was my first time and last. I do not recommend this. place is not good

5/5 Taste 5/5 Customer Service I stumbled upon this place and was thrilled with the product. I ordered a strawberry pina colada smoothie which I will certainly get again. What I liked most about the drink was the distinct flavor of each fruit ingredient. The coconut flakes were finely ground and did not clog the straw. Yes!!! Aside from this, the attendant was fabulous. She was kind enough to show me the menu, with ingredients, for each smoothie to better make my decision. Awesome! And, she delivered a great product with a smile.

3 stars for the verity of the flavors however poor customer service and not clean at all I’ve been to different locations and so far that was the worst experience
Very bad experience left upset and my son crying ! Dominic the worker there was very rude from the start . The customer in front of us was paying and I guess they was taking too long and he started to bang on the counter and cussed out loud in front of my son ! My turn to pay and he was also upset with us for what reason I don’t know but he then proceeded to ask if we wanted the shake that we ordered I said yes , gave us our total and went to the door there that leads to the back so he slams it open and does the same coming back out . Customers are looking as this is happening. I feel as if he may be having a bad day or doesn’t want to work there maybe he is in the wrong work place . This needs to be addressed ASAP ! I did ask for a manager no manager on duty .. my first time there and will be last time . I will stay to my regular location in Selma where everyone there is treated with respect and kindness !

The yogurt is pretty good, toppings are great selection and a average clean place...,,not dirty but I would not eat off the counter or floor :-)Problem is that the price goes up almost every visit...... Wow yogurt is a commodity???No KETO or Sugar-free options regularly either, although they advertise them The Service is ok, because mainly self-service and they just weigh your cup to charge you. They do try to put a tip if you use a card and you have to deselect it. I would tip if I had them make me something and it was done deliciously...,,,Some locations have better ambiance than others.....maybe that's why the Helotes location charges .79 cents an ounce..... that would be $56.88 for a normal gallon of ice cream....think Bluebell .........and NO they don't have cups that large
