My wife and I went for the first time and it was ok. My steak was over cooked and it took a long time and waitress came to check on us every now and than. I might give it one more chance.

Went to this Outback and there were tables available, was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Asked why and the hostess said they did not want to overwhelm the kitchen and then we would have to wait 40 minutes for our food. We walked out.

Service was very disappointing. Asked for something and waiter went on to flirt with table full of ladies behind us for 15 minutes. Had to go ask Manager for refills. Waiter then made it a point to make a negative comment every time he passed our table, one including a comment to a side table that he needed to go take care of our table because he got in trouble. So unprofessional! Food three stars because one of our party asked for rare steak and it was over cooked… like medium, not even medium rare.

By far the worst stake I’ve ever had. It literally looked like they used the stake to clean the grill and then left it in the corner to burn. The grilled shrimps were rubbery and cold, the baked potato was dry and cold. The “chef” that cooked the stake should not be allowed anywhere near a kitchen. It’s disrespectful to the customer to give them a dish so terrible, its disrespectful to the company to tarnish a name brand, and disrespectful to the cow that gave up its life for the “chef” to destroy a stake like that. I don’t understand how a chef can put out a dish like that, are they blind? Do they not care? There should be a rule that if a “chef” puts out a dish like that they should have to eat it.

Service at beginning as we ordered was great. Delivery of food and drinks was good. Once we were served, service declined. No presence of our server. Needed drink refills. Husband stood up holding empty glass. Other servers ignored him, did not assist him. I believe hostess finally approached him and brought our refills.

Their Kookaburra Wings were fantastic! I wasn't a huge fan of the Bloomin Onion sauce but their chicken was so juicy! I can't remember our server's name but he was fantastic!

Probably should be open a little later on the weekends, especially when people have off..just saying...called in 4/5 min before closing to order only a few appetizers but instead they said they couldnt serve me because they are closing soon!!! Wth is wrong with the service industry?! No customer service anymore, are ya making that much money?!

Enjoy everything when I pick up food . I order shrimp and chicken pasta to go. It wasn't that good. The food was cold and noodles were hard . Didn't eat it .
