An awesome breakfast spot in San Antonio. The owner, Sergio, makes you feel as if he is welcoming you to his own kitchen table. He pulls up a chair to take your order, explains the menu, and if you’re lucky, regales you with a story or two. And then he backs it all up with great tasting food, huge portions and a comfy atmosphere. Don’t let the self-serve refreshment station or “grab your menu on the way in” turn you away from a great San Antonio experience. The chilaquiles were awesome and the omelettes were like our personal Alamo, fighting to finish the last morsel from our plates. If I’m ever back in San Antonio or know someone who is going, I’m going to highly recommend!

I was kind of disappointed. Stopped there in the morning for a cup of coffee and my coworker got tacos. She liked her tacos so much we decided to go back for lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich but got tenders. The flavor was good but they were dry. The fries were also dry.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!!!‼️???We are visiting from out of the state and had a horrible experience. Upon arrival, a younger man attempted to sit us and the owner, SERGIO, quickly stepped into the conversation to say “don’t sit anybody else, I don’t have space” when there was clearly an open table for us. The young man pointed to the table and the owner just said “oh ok”. We sat down and he came up to us and said “are you ready to order? You need to make this quick because I have a big table”Although I was thinking, how is this my problem as a paying customer? I didn’t say anything and gave a third opportunity to a man with a disgusting attitude. My friend ordered - and asked for a drink to which he responded “DON’T ASK ME FOR A DRINK RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I AM TOO BUSY WITH A BIG TABLE” ( we later found out it was self serve which is fine but I don’t see the need to be so rude, we could’ve just said that)I ORDERED! I asked for egg whites only on the omelette and I understand he can’t accommodate for whatever reason but again, the attitude!! The answer I got was: “ I ALREADY TOLD YOU I HAVE VENEZUELAN PEOPLE WORKING IN THE KITCHEN AND I CANT DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT RIGHT NOW I AM VERY BUSY”at this point I was done so I told him how unhappy I was with customer service because ever since we walked in all we had gotten were negative comments, attitude, etc. RESPETFULLY!! I used no bad words or offensive language. He said thank you and walked away refusing service.AT THE END OF THE DAY I am happy knowing I left a place that does not deserve the money I earn with my hard work!Thank you for reading me, and if you see this Sergio, I HOPE THIS CAN ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE A GOOD BUSINESS OWNER AND LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS POOKIE!!!

Omg the Fritatta omelet was so delish. They make them just the way i like to make my own. I'm coming back. i want to try the others
Went here for breakfast after a night on the town. Small restaurant, but was seated fairly quickly. Looks like they were short staffed, but order was placed and food brought to the table quickly. I got the pork chop breakfast special. Pork was seasoned right and went well with the over easy egg and hashbrowns. If you are in the area and need some great breakfast, check this place out.

EPIC FAIL!!! Wanted to check out this local eatery Pancho’s & Gringos on Nolan Street. We went in with high hopes . We sat down and ordered pretty quickly but then waited and waited and waited ? People who came in after us got served and ate and left and we were still waiting for 45 freaking minutes ? We asked the owner Sergio what’s the hold up? And all he could say was “we are not machines “ “we make mistakes “ Wait What? Again others came and left but not us. WE DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE!!! Never Again

Takes alot for me to leave a bad review but if you're looking for the most mediocre tacos and piss poor customer service in town then this is the place for you. Lost our order somehow with 8 people in the resturuant waited 45 minutes for a chorizo and egg omlette and two tacos. The omelet had 0 chorizo and my tacos had no cheese. Could not recommend to save your money and go to one of the 500 other breakfast places in town.
