My boyfriend’s sandwich had so much hair wrapped around it, inside it, and on top of it that he said “I swear they did this on purpose.” I will be contacting corporate to get my money back as the sandwich was inedible. Made the rest of us not want to eat our meals either. I should also note that the hair is clearly black, and both my boyfriend and I have blonde hair.

This morning my husband went through the drive-through and ordered a turkey sandwich. He received a sandwich with minimal turkey and old lettuce. And to top it off, they ran out of chips, so he received a baguette to go with his sandwich. The last time we went and ordered soup they were out of the baguettes so I received chips with my soup. Maybe if we try another location we will have better experiences but most likely may not return to this location.

Being unable to get the cups at the counter and instead only getting it when your food is ready is ridiculous and annoying. I get the hot tea which I steep for a few minutes, during that time my food is getting cold. Before I'd steep it while my food is being made, but now I have to do it this way. Also if I just want a drink it takes much longer to actually get it as they now need to work through the earlier orders.Thus I'm not going to renew my sip club subscription and will stop eating here. I will add the staff are very nice, and I know this is corporate policy... hope they change this!Wheelchair accessibility: The orders are picked up at a high counter, you are not going to have a good time if you are wheelchair bound or shorter than 5' 7". Staff are overworked, so don't expect help right away either.

I love Panera. It’s a bit overpriced, but it’s tasty. BUT I need an answer why the broccoli cheddar soup has zero actual broccoli in it, and this location is often out of ingredients or items?

After reading the reviews, I guess we should consider ourselves lucky. Early this morning we grabbed a quick breakfast and everything was really good. I always get a ‘complicated’ order (without cheese) but surprisingly it was correct.?? Go Panera go
