The manager Paul never washed his hands after using his personal phone I waited on a online order for 52 minutes I would love to see the camera rolled back so they can see how pull never washed his hands ? sick. play the camera from 3:15pm to 4:10pm see for yourself that manager Paul never washed his hands. I should have done this along time ago. I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for more than a few years. The employees are always hard working and nice. My pizza is always hot even when delivered. Never had a bad order. Even when I ordered on the app and made a mistake on a topping. I called and Paul took care of it for me. Thank you all for everything you do. The food industry isn’t easy and I appreciate it.

Went to Little Caesars and it was total chaos so I left. I walked into Papa Johns and everyone working was friendly and calm and the place was clean. The vibe was totally different and the pizza was the best. Got the Shaqaroni and we loved it.

Pizza was ready quickly, tasted great and the staff was very kind.
I'm done with this location. Second time the garlic sauces exploded all over the pizza!!! My pizza is soggy and the manager did not want to help. Finally after telling him the pizza was not edible he said I could reorder it and then he'd void out the first order. I shouldn't have to basically beg for a new order, it should be offered immediately, especially knowing your sauces do explode. Also, pizza was not cut at all and cheese was dried out like it had been sitting under the heat lamps forever. This is probably why the sauces exploded!
