Got cheese on a few of my “cheese sticks”… very disappointing. I even pulled the bare looking ones to see if there was any cheese on there but it’s all dough.

Ordered at 9am for carry out at 5:30Waited till 6:30pm for my order:They told me they were an hour behind literally at the time of pick up. Poor service and the staff/team shows little care about anything.The pizza was good and cute pumpkins lol but def put a dent in our plans.

Thought we'd try something other than Marcos.....waited 90 minutes for pizza. yes price better than marcos but you get what you pay for. cardboard crust, hardly any toppings, extra cheese....I think not. wouldn't waste my time again. and the pizza was lukewarm at

They suck! The owner is Clark Mandigo Jr.. Came for a carry out at 11pm they close at 1am on Fridays. All the lights were off as well as the open sign turned off, to make it look closed, turned me and multiple people away for carry out but still taking deliveries.

Very bad customer service. Idling employees and bad management. I went to get a refund in person after I spent 30 min on the phone calling to try to get it cancelled. I spent 30 min waiting in line for a cashier to show up to help me. I noticed that they never answer their phone and that employees are just goofing off. Avoid this place.

$30 for two medium pizzas (carry out) that look like mini pizzas ??‍♂️. Papa Johns you priced me out of any future business with your company.

This is the slowest papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Even after the app said it was ready it took over 10 min. Super under staffed.Pizza quality was fine - just don’t come here in a hurry.

Do. Not. Order (DELIVERY) from this location.I'm giving a detailed account because I don't normally give a rating this poor, so go with me on this if you so choose.Ordered for delivery - apparently this PJs location is using Door Dash for delivery because they "don't have enough drivers to cover the deliveries" which is perfectly fine ... placed my order at 7:15. The order screen gave me a roughly 9:00 delivery. No problem. It's a Saturday night.DD texted me at 9:25 to say PJs was still working on my order. By 9:45, I'm calling the store to get an update, and the guy I spoke with explained the delivery issue (they're using DD) and said my order was sitting there waiting to be picked up by DD. As I ask about just canceling the order because I don't know how long my order has actually been sitting there, I get put on hold. I call back and try to cancel the order again, and a lady tells me my order is out for delivery and will be "hot and fresh".There's some miscommunication going on somewhere. ALL OF THIS TO SAY ... the website needs to include a statement about possible delayed delivery times, though I understand why they wouldn't (it would deter would-be customers from placing orders).Unless I see ratings on the upswing in the future, I don't intend to order from here again.

We ordered pizza via app and after completing the order it said our wait time was over 2 hours. So we called to cancel and as of this minute, we have been on hold for 50:17 so almost an hour to cancel. No other option to cancel via app, online, fb page and no one will answer the phone.

Who is the owner of this location? How do we reach out to the owner regarding issues at this location? Why is it difficult to find someone to elevate problems too?

I stopped here and walked in and ordered a pie to go last night at 5:14 PM. Strike One; The person who helped me was incredibly rude, interrupted me as I placed my order, didn't listen (no onions, please), and thought 20 minutes was longer than I'd wait for the pie, so made that the center of his sales presentation. Strike Two; When I gave him a tip, he stated he'd pass it on to one of the "minor employees', as clearly he was not satisfied with the amount. He was lucky to get a dime if you ask me. Strike Three; If he had listened to me instead of impressing me with his cornucopia of rudeness, he'd have done his job (no onions), and I would not have been up for half of last night trying to digest that which I can not digest (onions, right?). The pizza was passable at best with enough green peppers to choke a pony. Someone tell me why Trilogy is closed on Tuesdays, please? Bring back Papa John (the one and only) please.
