I have been to this location many times for years. But that will no longer be the case after the experience I had today. I went to the restaurant to order food and take it back with me to work. When I was paying with my card, I followed the prompts on the screen and when I got asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I selected no because I was picking up my own food and not getting service from a server. I signed the screen and then the cashier asked me if I wanted my receipt, which I said no. I always get instant notifications on my phone when my card is swiped along with the exact total it was charged. When I got the notification, the total was over what I had signed by about $3. So I asked the cashier if she knew why this was the case, she immediately got defensive and hysterical. The manager was called and the employee started to defend herself in Spanish to the manager and said that I had accused her of taking money from me. I don’t think they knew that I speak fluent Spanish so I was able to hear the way the employee twisted the story for her benefit. The manager started to defend her employee saying that I was the one with the bad attitude and that the machine takes tips on its own even though the customer doesn’t agree on it. Both employees decided that arguing with me and making excuses was the best route to take instead of just simply fixing the issue. It’s not about the $3 for me, it’s about the simple principle that I did not agree to leave a tip for food that I picked up. Please if anyone goes here, make sure to always ask for your receipt. From what I can see, in this establishment the customer will not come first, they will argue with you for some reason. Horrible service! Also management, please fix your machine if that’s really case.

Waitresses and hostess were lazy and moody. Manager was trying to be funny but his sense of humor wasn’t polite. He should pay attention to the staff being more customer friendly instead of trying to be Yucko the clown. All chairs need to be re-upholstered as they are falling apart, it feels like sitting down on wood no more cushion. There is no ambience in the place there was no background music. Food was great, service sucks.

The Pasha on Wursbach is way better than other locations. It might be because it’s surrounded by other middle eastern restaurants. The Pasha plate is 5*****Vegetarian options: My son is a vegetarian. The veggie kabobs, hummus, naan, and rice are very good.

We ordered the most expensive meal on the menu and were extremely disappointed. All three meat items were awful, the chicken tasted like bleach and water, the chunk meat was as hard as leather, and the ground beef was dry and with no taste. I do not recommend this place. We wasted our money.

To go orders lack care…it appears all the good reviews are in restaurant and all the to go orders have poor reviews. I was given an inedible salad as the lettuce was old and slimy , naan was just thrown in a bag and it’s almost doughy …it’s all questionable and partly edible

Excellence in Mediterranean cooking. The waitstaff is very friendly, yet professional. The unlimited Naan is soft AND crispy, fulfilling different tastes for those sharing. Great salads, smooth, tasty hummus, and generous servings. The waitstaff paid special attention to our small children and made sure they were happy.Kid-friendliness: Took care of our grandkids' needs and ensured they were happy and fed adequately.

The food at pasha was amazing. We tried the appetizer sampler with the Sambusa, Greek feta, and mushrooms and the shawarma trio. The flavors were perfect and the portions were enormous. I would definitely recommend everyone to go and try this place.I unfortunately have to admit our waitress was a bit absent. She would forget dipping sauces and to check in with not just our table but a few of her others. The other waiters and waitresses however were really hustling and even came to help us, so maybe it was just a bad night for our young lady.

"veggie kabob" was a whole raw tomato, a whole jalapeno, and a single baby mushroom. Is this a joke? The meat was a bit dry, which wouldn't have been a huge deal except that they completely forgot my sauces. Menu said my dish should've come with a side of garlic sauce, and I additionally ordered a side of tahini (which I was charged for). Neither were included. This is the third time they've done that to me.This was one of the saddest meals I've ever actually paid for. Food and service might be ok if you dine in, but don't ever order carry out from this place.
