The enchiladas sauce was delicious. I used it to eat with my tacos. I did not enjoy the shrimp taco. Lacked flavor. But the beef hard shell taco was delicious with the sauce. The tacos are a great price. The food came out hot and fast and the staff were friendly. There is construction in the area. If you are walking you might encounter some obstacles

Pete's is the only taqueria I'll ever go to in SA! I love it so much, always the best service, food, hospitality..

Since I was in San Antonio, I had to get me some puffy tacos! This place was one of the places that had puffy tacos near our hotel so we pulled in here. Definitely a casual vibe, seems like a lot of locals eat here. Service was friendly, we got seated in about 10 minutes and we ordered our puffy tacos! I got the plate with 2 puffy tacos (1 chicken, 1 beef) and it came with a side of rice and beans. The tacos were tasty, definitely filled with meat and juicy! I preferred my chicken over the beef. Beans and rice were tasty too, I was definitely full after that! Reasonably priced as well. I'd definitely come back if I were in the area again!

I ordered the puffy tacos with chicken. The chicken was unseasoned tacos and they got my friend’s order wrong. The rice was puffy and bland. Refried beans were trash.

My order was to go - The service was great the people were friendly, my food was packaged very well and the restaurant was nice. That's pretty much where the good ends. I'm a person who doesn't like salty food, but I do like my food to have flavor and it was completely lacking in flavor. Everything I ate had no salt and no taste. we ordered two tacos and a fajita and enchilada plate. The potatoes had no salt at all, the chorizo was very bland. The enchiladas were just okay the sauce was very bland again lacking in salt and any taste, the rice texture was good, but no flavor at all like zero. The fajita was tender and well cooked and to my surprise, it was very good so I was very happy about that. I probably will not be going back to this place that was so highly recommended. I really wanted to like it.

Very friendly staff, a tentative and fast service. However, for reasons unannounced to me, the Barbacoa just tasted horrible. Perhaps this is really authentic authentic Mexican but being as I lived in Arizona for five years and never disliked any Mexican I touched this place is either different or Poor quality. Take the review as you will.

Lovely as usual. Sat in the side porch enjoying family. A place that knows the difference & has Chiliques AND Migas. Food is fabulous, don't deny yourself. Come as you are, it's Chill.

Stopped in for breakfast Sunday on our way out of town and back home to Houston. Authentic Mexican food with good and tasty portions. Will definitely be back again. Only downfall is I wish they didn't close at 3pm. Tried to stop in for dinner day before and they were closed.
