While the staff were very nice and the food is good, I only gave 4 stars because when I asked for the vegetarian option of "plain pho, no meat", I wasn't aware they only use beef broth, so i wasn't able to enjoy it or eat it all. I would have appreciated it more if she had mentioned that little detail. I am aware that I do bear some responsibility because I should have asked, which I will keep in mind when I'm craving pho again and trying out a new establishment.Vegetarian options: PHO is ONLY made with BEEF broth. No veggie broth available.

First time ordering pho since I moved to Texas from the PNW and was really happy to find this place.Went in and ordered chicken pho to go. Included all the onions, Thai basil, jalapeño and bean sprouts. The broth is rich in flavors and everything was so delicious. Might come back later just to order more broth.Definitely a must try ??

The food is generally on par with out Pho restaurants. However, the staff need to learn customer service skills and it's rather hard to understand a few of them. The staff can improve on etiquette and respect. I will go back to see if it improves. I want to give them a 5 star, but that will depend on their professionalism.
