TLDR: We stopped eating when we opened the beef Pho order and noticed it was 100% uncooked and blood had cross contaminated the rice noodles.Full Account:My whole family loves Pho, and so we ordered take out for my son's birthday. Upon arrival, our kids started chowing down on everything but stopped when we opened the beef Pho order and noticed it was 100% uncooked and blood had cross contaminated the rice noodles. We stopped eating all the food immediately. We called and were told that uncooked beef is the way they serve it in the broth when you dine there. The broth would not have been hot enough to cook anything. They almost offered to replace our Pho free of charge and then someone in the background of the phone call instructed that there wouldn't be a replacement because the order was made correctly. I did not want another order.Keep in mind, I've never been to Vietnam or wherever these cooks are from, so maybe this is the way that it is supposed to be served and every place I have ever gone to has just Americanized it for me. If that is the case, then anyone who likes real pho, this is your place and I apologize for the low star rating.

We tried the Combination Pho ($14) which started off decent, but by the end of the bowl we found the clove forward, salty, and somewhat sweet broth was beginning to get overwhelming. The rice noodles were thinner than other pho we’ve had which resulted in the texture of the noodles changing and getting completely soft (not quite mushy) while we were eating. The broth was served nice and hot so the bean sprouts were properly scalded (some places don’t serve the broth hot enough and the bean sprouts stay with a raw taste). Overall, not bad, but not great either.Shaking beef ($14) is a great value here. The beef was flavorful, tender, and nicely charred lending excellent flavor to the onions, lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes it is served on. The beef itself was not the finest cut with many pieces having chewy gristle, but the flavor and overall tenderness made up for it.

The service was very friendly, helpful & attentive. The food was great (Pho combo, chicken Tsi, & Pork & Shrimp & VSR with white noodles). The only complaint is that calamari was not what I am used to..definitely coming back & worth the 50min drive..
Me and my sister go here a lot lol ,it’s so good & always hits the spot .They’re very nice & get your food out right away. 10/10 recommend my fav place to go .

Stepped in for lunch. Staff were quick and attentive. Perfect place to warm up with some pho. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The food was delicious and portion was generous for just one. The broth was so divine! Steak and noodles were plenty, of course hiding at the bottom of the bowl [:
