Great food and Great drinks. Some of the workers are nice others however could use a personality boost. I think they forget they are working for the public.

Gyoza and my wife's fried chicken were delicious. End of the positives. Brother wanted to try the Dry Garlic Ramen. He doesn't eat pork and asked if they could add shrimp instead. He's pescatarian. She said she thinks so but wasn't sure. The answer ended up being they'd have to charge us for the shrimp, fine. We get this a lot when dining with him and we're ready for the answer and okay with it. We'll come back to his food once it comes out in a bit. Wife ordered a sushi roll, had Eel in it, unsure what it was called. It came out and the rice was horrible. We eat a lot of sushi and we hadn't seen this in ages. The rice was clearly over hydrated. She hated it but ate it as we had a worse problem at the table. I ALSO wanted to try the Dry Garlic Ramen. No modifications. We get the ramen. It's cold. And I mean it's 60 degrees. We ain't talking it sat somewhere at room temp this is it sat in a fridge for a bit cold. We both take that first cold bite and look at each other like well that can't be right? I go to Yelp to check reviews and the menu and don't see a single mention of it being a cold dish. The waitress comes over and we just flat ask her if it's suppose to be cold. She says that it is absolutely not suppose to be cold. It takes 15 minutes for her to bring warm bowls over. We dig in and it's flavorless. You can't taste garlic. You can taste boiled ramen noodle and the flavorless poached egg. To call this ramen subpar is an understatement. I've had ramen from hundreds of places. My favorite ramen place is Ten Ramen in Dallas Texas. They have this dry ramen dish called Mazemen. It's dry but it has flavor. What ever this dish was it wasn't that. Will never come back again.

This is the perfect happy hour spot. 3pm - 6pm. We started with a soju and sake. Only true complaint we had was the soju was warm. Everything else was simply delicious. I would definitely recommend the bang bang shrimp out of all the options we tried. Our server was great. She wasn't pushy or over bearing. She came right on time every time.

Definitely worth the wait! The soft crab tempura in the spider roll was perfect and non-greasy. Yuzu salad was fresh and well balanced. Friendly service to boost.

First time here, celebrating my sista's birthday. Food was delicious, our waiter was nice and attentive, it's a very cute relax place.

Terrible customer service. Second time in a month. Bar and Restaurant. Victoria is the only one who knows what hospitality means.

I really wanted to like this place more but I will never go back to this location and it is entirely on service and the combative way I was treated by the server. Let me paint the picture. On Wednesday March 13 my family and I went to the San Antonio zoo and boy was it busy due to the fact it was Spring Break. My nephew is a huge fan of sushi and he recommended this place.I want to say it is a cute little spot in the Quarry area. We were sat right away it wasn't too busy but we went at an odd lunch hour it was about 2 pm. We had our server come over. Her name is MORGAN. I put this in caps so you the reader will not forget this name. She seemed nice enough quiet and standoffish even when my 7 yr. old daughter complimented her purple toadstool necklace. We went ahead and ordered plenty of appies 3 orders of Goyza dumplings, some Karage (fried chicken), spicy edamame, and some bang bang shrimp. I know that sounds alot for 4 people but we are huge fans of leftovers, lol. So then 15 min go by and our server MORGAN has not come back to take our order. I even asked a separate server to see if she could get her to come take our order. Not only had it been now 25 min but they also had some lunch selections that stated until 3pm only so I wanted to get my order in. Our server MORGAN saw we were waiting but she continued to just ignore our table. Oh I will say in the interim of the 35 min it took her to return to take our order we did receive our appetizers and they were all delicious. The Goyzas a bit more fried than we like but they weren't burned so still edible. The rest were extremely flavorful.Server MORGAN finally comes over to take our order so we order 2 sushi bento boxes, a Latino roll sushi, and a Kimchi Ramen. My wife asked since now it is 3:10 that since the bento boxes were in the lunch menu if it was still ok to order. I told the server if there was an issue we had attempted to do it before 3pm but couldn't get her attention. So I handed the menus to the server and had turned to speak to my wife and the kids. MORGAN instead of going over to enter our order she deserves to bend down and advise me " I don't know if you can see around or how many servers we have but we are busy whether you see it or not !!!" I was taken aback and I advise her that I have been a server. I loved being a server and I was a server for 15 years and I advised her you do not speak to customers that way and in the nicest tone I could muster advised her to please get her manager. She continued to say words to me about how busy she was. I advised her if it was that busy for her she may want to speak to her manager after I do.A different server came to speak to us and advised me that the manager was new and didn't speak English well so she was sent over by MORGAN. I asked if the manager spoke Spanish and the second server advised he did. I advised her I was fluent and to please ask him to come over. The name of the manager was MOISES. I explained what happened and occurred and he great and vehemently apologized, and advised that he would speak to her.Another 10 minutes pass by and MOISES had to come and ask what our order was because MORGAN advised she didn't write the order down and couldn't remember what it was. My wife by this point was not hungry so we just went ahead and advised we needed one bento box and the Latino roll. Once again MOISES had to apologize for MORGAN's extremely unprofessional behavior. I kept seeing Moises speaking to MORGAN to bring our food and then to bring our check and both times I could see her refuse. So when Moises brought our check over I advised him that she didn't have to go ahead and refuse to even come to our table. I tipped Moises 25% and in cash and I advised him it should be for him since even when we needed refills the other servers now refused to come to our table at all and Moises had to serve us.I will say the Latino roll was really good and the appetizers were great even with the subpar goyzas.

Nice atmosphere, amazing service. The place is very nice looking, great people and fast service.Unfortunately for us, I think the chefs might have been too busy.Gyoza was good, but undercooked.Karaage was amazing, best part of the meal.Tonkatsu ramen didn't have much flavor, and was more of a milky taste instead of tonkatsu broth. Now granted, we both lived in Japan for years and have had authentic, so I might be partial.Would recommend.

We love this place. Unfortunately our service was not good at all. Our waitress Marissa, was NOT attentive, we had to call on her if we needed something. She would walk by to check on her other tables and not even look at us. Another waiter actually noticed we needed something, and he came and took our check. She also did not put in my order. My family was done eating by the time I received my meal. She also admitted that she forgot to enter it in because she was rushing??? As someone with waitress experience myself, i found this to be quite embarrassing.Hopefully our next dine in visit will be different.

ProsSushi was decentSalmon was freshDrinks were greatAmbiance was niceSitting was unique and enjoyableDifferent styles of seating areasGyoza was the best dishConsBang bang shrimp over cookedKarrage chicken was severely over cookedSushi fell apartSalmon ceviche was not cevicheMusic was too loudThe food missed the mark throughout the entire night and the food did not match the photos presented. The drinks were well mixed and rations were great. The bartender did a phenomenal job. However the cooks failed my table and definitely would not recommend anything fried or any menu item with creativity. The salmon ceviche literally was a plate of salmon topped with Lettuce, veggies, and jalapeños. No ceviche flavors or lime aspect to it. The music was loud which led to us yelling at each other instead of talking. Besides all of that, the v experience was cool and the floor sitting area was a pretty cool concept.
