Worst delivery and customer service. Delivery order was 20 minutes late. I called the restaurant and spoke with a rude lady who seemed like she’s been having a bad week. Get a call from the delivery driver who is lost within the apartment complex (I get it. It does happen.). Claims to have found the right apartment. I waited another 3-5 minutes and call the driver back because he had yet to arrive at my door. He stated he was right outside my door which was a lie because I was outside my door. He was at the wrong unit in which I had to go look for him. When he gave me my order, the security tapes were not sealed and my food was squashed in the boxed. Called the store again to leave a complaint and the same rude lady just hung up on me.

My wife literally ordered thin crust Hawaiian pizza. They sent thick crust with no pineapple and hardly any marinara sauce. Then didn't reimburse or credit for their mess up. Not to mention they didn't have the courtesy to call us and let us know they were out of thin crust. All around bad service and courtesy. Never ordering here again.

Messed up my order, tried giving another chance and they messed up that order too.Its like they just make whatever they feel like and not whats on the ticket.Dont bother selecting curbside either on the app because they wont do that either.Nor do they answer their phone.

Last time we order online for pick up, I was told my pizzas would be ready by 6pm when I arrived at 6 to pick up my pizzas they hadn't even started them and I had 4. Needless to say ordering ahead of time was for nothing since we didn't get our pizzas until 630. And Noone apologized or offered a reason why they had not had our order ready. Mind you this is the exact reason it had been over a year and a half since we had ordered from pizza hut!

Ordered a pizza said it was gonna be available at 7.10 arrive at 7.20 i pay for my pizza with the girl cashier she charges me and says nothing leaves to the next door room so i thi k nothing i sit down past 5 minutes a guy askes me if ive been helped i said yes here to pick up my order he says wait dint you gwt ur order already questions me askes for my receipt i show it to him he checks the warmer amd says its not ready i wait till 7.30 or later and ge gives me my pizza my wife gets a slice in the car and really cold idk what happend but we were really disappointed
