The sign says dine in. They should take that off. I paid up front for the dinner. I was okay with that. There was absolutely no table service and never received a receipt. I had to get up and ask for refills. A girl sat at the front register and didn't move unless absolutely necessary. Another woman asked for a menu to dine intoo and was told management had taken them up and put them somewhere because most of their business is done online. They told her to look up the menu on the app or online. I personally have been in the service industry for over 12 years. Management please close the dining room or get people with at least the appearance they care about your business and the customers. If I could post photos of your employees I would.

This location is run by the laziest workers I've ever seen. Twice I went to this location and twice I got no help but this last visit OMG. I got a couple of pastas and bread. They handed me a large pizza box. After opening while in restaurant the pasta had no lids. I asked for lids so the didn't spill out in case I dropped it or it moved around. The employee just said no we don't do that. We fazed them out. So the pizza box is your lid. I asked what happens if I ordered one by itself and before I finished he shrugged his shoulders and went back to listening to his air pods. By the time I did return home the pasta spilled all over box, drenched the bread. All the employees thee should be fired or the manager for allowing his staff to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS like that. I'll drive further to another location that at least they know how to do their job correctly and actually care. Prue location is the best one.

Placing an order is more difficult than buying a tee shirt at Amazon, to be sure. I have to remember that it is Much, Much quicker than Dairy Queen, so just see it as a check-up on how Pizza Hut phone ordering has progressed. Not at all. I think they've regressed, typically.If you're still in the mood for pizza, & haven't had a heart attack from the stress, the personal pans with bell pepper & onion are the best.Quick phone orders are at Dominoes, & their Pasta Primavera is almost as good as Pizza Hut pizza.

My last pizza from a Pizza Hut was many years ago and it was AWFUL. So, like a fool I thought well, maybe this one will be better from a different location. I couldn't have been more wrong. Shame on me. This pizza was soooooo bad that I would have rather had a leftover frozen pizza. DRY, could hardly see any cheese or sauce.Sausage was disgusting. Due to dietary restrictions my husband and I rarely splurge on pizza. What a waste of money. OMG.NEVER AGAIN!
